Newly renovated in 2011, this beautifully decorated four (4) bedroom, three (3) bath oceanfront townhouse has wonderful ocean views and beach access directly across the street. This spacious townhouse has over two thousand (2000) square feet of living area, while offering full views of the ocean from the living room, dining room, master bedroom and spacious top floor deck. There is plenty of room with accommodations for ten (10) including a king, queen and two (2) twin bedrooms, plus a pull-out queen bed in the great room.
Enjoy the tranquility of the ocean as you sit atop the upper deck and keep a lookout for that school of dolphins as they frolic nearby. Whether you walk across the street and dig your toes in the sand or enjoy the beauty of the beach without the sand, this is the perfect vacation home for you.
The townhouse setup is as follows: 1st floor: 2 car-garage and stairs to main level; 2nd floor: an open floor plan including the great room, dining area, beautiful bay window with lounge seat, kitchen with snack bar, full bath, bedroom with 2 twin beds and laundry room; 3rd floor: master bedroom with bathroom and outdoor deck, queen bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with a shower.
This is a unique setup and the building only has 3 units. This is the middle unit. It is located at 210 West Arctic Avenue Unit B. It is ideal in that you may walk to town--only 2 blocks from Center Street (the main street in town) and you are directly across the street from the beach access (only having to cross a one-way street to get to the beach).
There are TVs in the great room and in 3 bedrooms, also 2 DVD players and wireless internet. No loud parties please!!

The townhouse was above our expectations. It was lovely - beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The beach was great and it was nice being able to only walk a couple of blocks to the downtown area. There are many things to do, aside from going to the beach and you can just sit back and relax if you choose. I would recommend this rental to anyone!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
