This new mountainside home is a great private getaway with all the amenities. Large windows and wrap around porch provide for some amazing scenery of the surrounding mountains. It is about 15-18 minutes (about 11 miles) to the Sugarloaf base area.
The open concept home has beautiful pine walls and large windows which provide tons of daylight and fantastic views. Bottom floor has queen bed, 3/4 bath and large sitting area with TV. Main floor has combined kitchen, dining, and living area w/ gas fireplace along with 2 bedrooms (queen in one, bunk bed and separate twin in other) and full bath. Top floor has master bedroom (king bed) and bath which open to large balcony area with sitting chairs and futon.
2-car heated garage.
This truly is a wonderful getaway for all seasons. Hiking, biking, fishing, and swimming in the summer. Skiing, tubing/sledding, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling (good access to trails) in the winter.
Outdoor wood oven/grill and stone fire-pit.
We are seeking responsible adults and families to share our home as if it were your own. Older well-trained/behaved dogs may be considered with pet deposit. A four-wheel drive vehicle is highly recommended in unpredictable winter season. |
