Accommodations: Condo - 2 Bedrooms - 1 Bath - (Sleeps 2-4)

Location, Location, Location. We have a beautiful 2 bedroom one bath condo on the 600 block of Duval St. One of only three unique units. We are walking distance to Mallory Square for sunsets, Ft Zachary Taylor State Park, the best beach in Key West, tons of restaurants and shops. There is a 24 hour Walgreens and a full grocery store just steps outside the door. Our condo is perfect for four people. Both bedrooms have queen beds, bedside tables, swing-arm lamps, ceiling fans, closets and luxurious 500 thread count linens. Our condo comes with a deeded parking space as well. (Hard to find in old town.) Our condo has central A/C, washer and dryer, fully appointed kitchen, cathedral ceilings in the living room and kitchen. There's also a small balcony off the living room.

Nov-Apr .. $275/night .. $1600.00/week 4 night minimum
May-July .. $225/night .. $1200.00/week  4 night minimum
Aug-Oct .. $200/night .. $1000.00/week  4 night minimum
Fantasy Fest, Christmas, New Years Eve, .. $2200.00/week minimum
minumum age requirement 27, unless with adults.  4 people maximum
11.5% taxes added.  $100.00 cleaning fee added per-stay.
