  My Wife & I found this listing early on during our search for a place to stay in Kauai. As our search progressed, we kept coming back to this listing. We were skeptical this might be a "to good to be true" situation. We are so glad we booked with Thayne and his Wife. Their place is amazing. If you are looking for a secluded, off the beaten path, relaxing place to energize after long days of site-seeing and the beach then this is the perfect place. My Wife and I found the cottage to be perfect for our needs. We loved the architecture and landscaping. We found personal touches, such as beach chairs, cooler, ample beach towels and even a beach blanket as an added benefit to the beautiful setting. If you want to forego the busy major resort atmosphere, then this is the place for you. We would recommend this to any couple wanting to spend some quality time together. Highly recommend

  A charming place to stay away from the high prices of the beach resorts. Near the quaint town of Kalaheo. Cool breeze felt fabulous after days at the beach. A fabulous and affordable way to experience Kauai.

  We were so impressed! We enjoyed your mindful attention to details. Charming, bright dacor, a comfortable bed! and all in a peaceful beautiful setting. Our hosts provided excellent hospitality! We rested well in the cool night breezes here.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  Very efficient, all u need, close to KUK! (Kukiolono Golf Course) & the southwest Kauai where we like it. #1 on our list mahalo!

  What a marvelous place you provide! – like a home away from home. The setting and the fine space and facilities were just right for us. We will be telling our MN friends about you and your cottage. The internet hook-up was very much appreciated! Your island is amazing as was our stay. Mahalo!

  What a comfortable cozy place, very tasteful decoration. We loved to come to our temporary home each night. This place made our Kauai experience even more special!
