Here it is...the retreat of your dreams!!!! A like new chalet decorated so as to create the perfect homey, cozy place for you to stay and enjoy the splendor of the western North Carolina mountains. 'A Fork in the Road' offers a King Log bed upstairs, a Queen bed downstairs, both with a full bath....and a Trundle bed (2 twins) on the loft. There is a 46' Flat Screen TV with a DVD player and a surround sound system for your viewing enjoyment. The chalet also features wood floors and a tongue and groove ceilings.

We stayed at Fork In The Road and had a very relaxing, romantic getaway. Everything you need is furnished here. The master bedroom has a beautiful log bed and a fireplace with a covered deck. The bathroom are gorgeous! The amenities included in this home are wonderful. Views from inside the home and on the deck of the mountains are awesome. We loved the wraparound deck. The yard looks like a park like setting. We saw deer walking through it. This home was close to everything and just beautiful. Don't hesitate to stay here, you'll be so happy that you did!! We will definitely be back for another stay.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, age 55+.

We stayed there thru New Years, the cabin a PERFECT. The house was exactly as expected and most enjoyable. We went to Cherrokee,Dillard House, Jack Daniels Distilery in Tenn, ATVing in north GA.,as well as many other day excursions. Murphy was a very enjoyable place to stay, the town and people are very freindly. We hope to be guests in the future again. Thanks for the wonderful place to stay. PS: Dottie was very professional and helpful.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.
