The Cliffs 7301 is spacious oceanfront unit on the 3rd (top) floor at the end of a building with a spectacular view. It encompasses over 1500 square feet of luxury, all dedicated to your comfort when you are not out enjoying the beauty of Kauai. It is ideal for groups of up to four adults or a family with children. Located on the spectacular bluffs of Princeville, on Kauai's North Shore, it affords every opportunity for exploring and enjoying this amazing island.
The master bedroom suite features a king-size bed, a 20" remote color television with cable, a ceiling fan, a convenient desk and dressing area, a large closet, its own full bath, and a private lanai with views of both the mountains and the garden. Designed to be self-contained, the master bedroom can be closed off from the rest of the unit for privacy. A second spacious loft bedroom includes one queen and one double bed, dresser, TV, closet and desk area to accommodate additional guests.
The breezy living room is superbly furnished and has a 26" remote color television with cable, DVD and VCR, a stereo system with CD player and a ceiling fan. The living room has a wonderful view of the Pacific and opens onto a lanai for an even closer view, perfect for an early morning tropical breakfast or for whale-watching in winter months.
The kitchen is very completely equipped for convenient meal preparation with dishes and flatware, pots and pans, utensils and gadgets you might need (coffee-maker, coffee grinder, blender, toaster, etc.). Washer/dryer, hair dryers, iron and ironing board, vacuum, and supplies for light cleaning are kept in the unit as well.
This is our "home away from home" and we maintain it so our guests will be completely comfortable whether staying for only a few days or several weeks. In addition to the comforts of the condo interior, guests enjoy all the resort amenities at The Cliffs--even assistance from their friendly staff for planning island activities. Discounts are offered to Cliffs guests on the adjacent Princeville golf courses. It's the perfect place for experiencing the paradise that is Kauai in five-star resort comfort!

It was fantastic to visit your island retreat. Saw whales, monk seals, sea turtles. Botanical Gardens were amazing and the Blue Hawaii helicopter tour was awesome (smooth and very stable flight with great views and a knowledgeable pilot). The Cliffs is a great spot—quiet, magnificent views and a good base for touring the rest of the island.

Thank you for another magical vacation in your island home. It has been three years since we were here last and we have been dreaming of coming back ever since. Our daughter, who is six now, especially loved the remodeled swimming pool! We enjoyed the sunrise from the front lanai and the sunset from the back lanai. We will be looking forward to visiting again as soon as we can!

This is a great place to stay on the North Shore. The condo is wonderful and in a great location in the Cliffs complex. This top floor end unit has high vaulted ceilings, lots of natural light, gets great breezes, and has beautiful views. The unit is furnished very nice and makes for a very comfortable stay. The Cliffs complex has a great large pool area complete with waterfalls and jacuzzis. Very tropical setting! Looking forward to returning. This condo really is a great place to stay. The owners are very nice and great to deal with.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The location and unit were wonderful. The unit has an unobstructed view of the pacific and beautiful landscaping everywhere. If you are adventurous, you can walk a path down to the water. It is very close to numerous beaches, water activities, golf, and inland excursions. When we go back to Kauai, we will definitely stay here again. I can't say enough good things about the property, amenities, and experience.

Thank you for sharing your private paradise! What an absolutely perfect location at The Cliffs. We have never had both Mountain and Ocean Views from the kitchen and lanai! Plus the view of Bali Hai and mountains from the bedroom. It was especially nice to wake up each day to the sunrise from the living room window and watch the sunset from the bedroom lanai when we were here. It has been a lovely visit and your beautiful, comfortable home made it very special. Thanks again – I hope we can come back and rent again! Mahalo!

We have stayed at the Cliffs in unit #7301 for several years. The view is spectacular and we especially like the corner unit. This unit is very clean and has all of the comforts of home.
