This fabulous detached 1964 built (over 1900 sq.ft) family home benefits from being totally fully refurbished in 2005 and is now recently available to rent on a monthly or weekly basis. It sits on an end plot in three quarters of an acre of land, in a non deed restricted area of the well established community of Palm Aire Country Club, over looking the 2nd tee and the 11th Fairway of one of the most spectacular Championship Golf Courses. Located within 20 minutes drive of the beautiful bleached white sands of the Gulf of Mexico and around 90 minutes away from Orlando, this modern and tastefully decorated home is what you need to help you relax and unwind. Fully furnished and equipped, this detached home has everything you've ever dreamed of to make your vacation truly one to remember and more!
This air conditioned house benefits from two carpeted Master Bedrooms both with King Size beds. The main Master Bedroom overlooks the swimming pool via French Doors and has a delightful fully tiled bathroom, with a Japanese 'Wet Room' with two shower heads, toilet and basin. The lanai can be accessed from this bathroom and the French doors. This room also has a walk-in closet, ceiling fan, low level lighting, bedside tables, tall boy and dressing table.
The second Master Bedroom also has a tiled bathroom with a shower over bath, sliding shower door, toilet and basin. It also has a walk-in closet, a ceiling fan, low level lighting, bed side tables, tall boy and dressing table. It has beautiful patio door views of the 2nd Fairway, the golf course water feature and the fruit trees situated in the garden. This patio door gives access to a wooden decking with sun loungers.
The guest bedroom is carpeted and has a Queen Sized bed, bedside table, low level and ceiling lighting, dressing table. It has a built in double sliding door closet and a separate smaller closet containing many towels, beach towels and bed linen.
The Den/4th bedroom is carpeted and has a large Queen Sized comfortable sofa bed. This room is situated off the second Master Bedroom and when it is not being used as a bedroom, it can serve as a second living room as it is equipped with coffee table, reading books, 26' wall mounted flat screen Higher Definition (HD) Cable TV and wireless internet connection. On request, there is a child's cot/crib that can be used or converted into a bed for a small child.
The main bathroom, situated opposite the guest room, has access to the lanai and is also fully tiled with luxurious shower, large sliding doors, toilet and basin.
The living room has a stunning front bay window with views of the front garden. It also has French doors that open onto the lanai. This open plan room has comfortable floor tiles, with two couches, a six-seater glass dining table, coffee table and a 30' flat screen HD Cable TV with DVD/CD player. It has a Breakfast Bar, with three stools that over look the Thomasville newly fitted and equipped kitchen. This has a large 4 halogen ring electric cooker, large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and 10 ft Corian Counter. Cutlery, glasses and plates for 8 settings together with pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker, juicer and kettle. The kitchen also has a set of French doors that can be accessed from the lanai.
The lanai is equipped with patio furniture, a 6-seater glass dining table, 8 extremely comfortable sun loungers and a BBQ. The sun on the lanai can be enjoyed all day long and there is pool and patio lighting for evening use.
A 2006 new addition is the beautiful sun deck situated in the back yard. Access from the back master bedroom patio doors or from the lanai.
A summer 2007 new addition are our outside cooking facilities, situated in the lanai. This is equipped with a gas grill, separate gas burner, sink, extractor fan, BBQ equipment and poolside plates and glasses.
The laundry facilities are situated in the double garage and they comprise of a sink, with running water, a top loading washing machine, a dryer, an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner and another large fridge freezer for drinks.
In addition there is also another single garage that contains an electric golf cart, which can be used on request. Remote garage opener and alarm system within the house.

Wonderful vacation in Sarasota Unni (Trondheim, Norway) Review submitted: July 17, 2012 Date of arrival: June 18, 2012 My family and I have had the most wonderful 3 weeks at this lovely house in Sarasota wich have all the amenities one could think of, both out and indoor. The kitchen is clean and very well equipped and with two living rooms one could be considerate according to different wishes and needs. Also the bedrooms are spacious and well equipped. The lanai area is wonderful with a lovely and calm view towards the golf corse, the swimming pool is spaciuos and we spent many evenings together barbequing and having pleasant dinners at the outdoor dining area. We also enjoyed the charming bird- and animal life in the garden outside. We want to thank the friendly hosts and we hope to come back some other time! Thank you so much for letting us stay in this house. It was so beautiful! The birds in the backyard were also beautiful. We loved being able to eat outside too! The pool was super fun! We had a wonderful time staying at your beautiful home. It was perfect!! Enough room for everyone. The pool was great and so were the animals that came to see us. Our second visit to your wonderful home. We have yet again had a great time. The wildlife is just great to watch. Three cranes visited us - I think they would have wondered into the pool area if the the door had been left open! I'm sure we will return again soon. We are just coming to the end of our 4 week stay in your lovely home. The weather has been wonderful. We have played lots of golf, walked miles on Siesta Beach and eaten and drank lots. Such a lovely home! We all thought it luxurious and spacious, well equipped and well looked after. Our childrens' swimming confidence has improved with the daily use of the pool! The wildlife has been fascinating. I have identified 15 bird species just from sitting by the pool! It's been a heatwave whilst we've been here - 97 degrees phew! About the owner: Ilona & Charlie Moggach. We had been vacationing in the beautiful white sandy beaches of Sarasota for over 20 years when my parents decided to live there in 1999. My husband and I honeymooned there in 2002 and in 2004 we decided to buy a house there too!
Why the Owner Chose Palm Aire:
We had been vacationing in the beautiful white sandy beaches of Sarasota for over 20 years when my parents decided to live there in 1999. My husband and I honeymooned there in 2002 and in 2004 we decided to buy a house there too. Whilst we are not staying there we rent it to our guests. It is situated on a Championship Golf Course Our home is a 5 minute drive from the I75, a 10 minute drive from Sarasota/Bradenton Airport and 45 minutes from Tampa Airport. Sarasota has so much to offer visitors that no other cities in Florida can. Including the theatre, ballet, art shops, museums, an aquarium, wonderful shops, restaurants, great night-life, St Armands Circle, wild-life and as previously mentioned - the beautiful award winning beaches of Longboat Key (11 miles long), Lido Beach, Anna Maria Island and Siesta Key.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
In the mornings you will delight in watching the Red Shouldered Hawks and Ospreys swoop over the dew covered golf course, listening to the Sandhill Cranes calling to one another and waving to the occasional golfer as they pass by in their golf carts. In the afternoons you may want to relax in the large cage covered pool deck/lanai, soaking up the glorious Florida sun whilst your friends and family play in the solar heated pool. In the evenings there is nothing better than the smell of food cooking on the purpose built barbeque whilst you sit around the pool with a glass of wine, talking, reading or just listening to the fish jumping in the small lake situated at the bottom of the garden.
