Cutlery, glasses and plates for 8 settings together with pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker, juicer and kettle. The kitchen also has a set of French doors that can be accessed from the lanai.
The lanai is equipped with patio furniture, a 6-seater glass dining table, 8 extremely comfortable sun loungers and a BBQ. The sun on the lanai can be enjoyed all day long and there is pool and patio lighting for evening use.
A 2006 new addition is the beautiful sun deck situated in the back yard. Access from the back master bedroom patio doors or from the lanai.
