Enjoy yourself in a very well appointed luxury condominium right on the mountain! This condominium is part of Topridge Condominiums located on Sunrise Mountain and facing Bear Mountain Peak(which is part of the Killington Mountain Resort).We are the end building closest to the Bear Cub Trail. This home is owned by my husband and myself. WHAT YOU SEE, IS WHAT YOU GET!(unlike other Killington listings that are managed by a rental company-with a phone number to call for rates,reservations and availability)! Ski out your own back door right down to the Bear Peak Lodge and get on the newest high speed Quad or walk across the street and ski down Upper Sun Dog Trail to the Sunrise Mountain Lift. This lift is free of charge, so beginners can try it out for free without having to pay for a lift ticket. Plenty of ski practice with no charge. After a long day of skiing enjoy the 8 person hot tub on the deck with breathtaking views of Bear Peak. Then go into the Sauna to warm up a bit.(THE ONLY PRIVATE SAUNA IN KILLINGTON). The Living room (with cathedral ceiling)/Dining room combination is great for entertaining or just watching TV or a movie on the High Def. 50' Plasma TV. Our renters have never been disappointed and many return for multiple visits... PLEASE CHECK CALENDAR ON THE WEBSITE FOR AVAILABILITY.

It really is a ski in/out which is nice. You can ski right out the back door down to a small base lodge where you can purchase tickets. Do plan to apres ski at the unit as the shuttle bus from the main lodge does not reach the condo area. There are tons of board games and videos for all ages. The kitchen was well stocked with all the things you would need to make group meals. It's a 15 minute drive into town for groceries, etc...so plan ahead as the location is very remote from restaurants and nightlife. Also, you need to have 4-wheel drive to get to condo if the roads are at all icy, as it's a very steep road getting up to the condo unit. The condo itself is very clean and well kept. Unfortunately, there was a sanitation issue with the hot tub during our stay which made it not usable. However, the owners did send someone out immediately to try to rectify the situation. The owner offered partial compensation for our inconvenience. The 4 bedrooms can sleep up to 10 people. Do note that any additional people have to sleep on sofa beds in the open living space with floor to ceiling window,s and people walking through the areas. So no more than 10 people is really ideal. Overall, a good experience and I would recommend this property. The owners answered all of my questions and were in good communication throughout our stay.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We just returned from Killington after a great week of skiing. This home was beautiful and spacious. We had 12 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. It is a true ski in/ski out location, with a beautiful view of Bear Mountain. We relaxed in the spacious hot tub, and then headed to the large sauna to ease our aching muscles after skiing. It is tastefully decorated and comfortable. We would recommend this location, and property to anyone who may be planning a ski trip to Killington.
