Excellent Location, ferry to all other islands only five minutes away, Town of RED HOOK only five minutes away. For Mature Couples Ideally.
Very Clean. Unit comes fully equipped with cooler, Beach Towels, Umbrella, Room safe for your valuables, CD player with am fm, Restaurant right down stairs, two other places to eat on the property.
The best spot on St Thomas (according to the locals). This is not a wild and crazy complex, in other words it is not where spring break happens. Access to three different pools, Laundry facility on premises, Just a beautiful Place on St Thomas

This place was very clean, the view is awesome, Perfectly cituated within the complex itself, and just one minute to the ferry and Red Hook, just down the stairs to the pool, we found every thing in working order like it should be, we would recommend this place to people we know. We read the review that was not so kind , but spoke to the owner and were assured that every thing would be ok when we got there . Sure enough it was , we also learned that the only bad review was done by someone that had bi polar syndrome, then we understood, we also understand that nothing is ever perfect in the virgin Islands . power can go out for days on end but everyone does the best that they can. we will definitely go back

Not worth the money. Unable to regulate the water in the shower either too hot or too cold. The bed linens were dirty and smelled of stale cologne. The ironing board was rusted, the beach umbrella is torn and rusted, there is a hole in the wall next to the TV. The pots were not clean. Condo needs a little work new bed, update the furniture and replace the ceiling fans. Would not recommended this property.
