This home is located in one of Cape Coral's finest neighborhoods, just minutes from the Yacht club. This residence is situated on a wide canal that is just minutes from the Caloosahatchee River. The view is simply panoramic.
The views of the sunrise and sunset are splendiferous. You can even see fish jumping out of the water at different times. You can actually fish right by the dock area.
This home is fully furnished, freshly painted, and decorated with very classy furniture, paintings, fine floral arrangements, and has magnificent porcelain tiles, throughout the whole house. The home's decor is like a tropical paradise, and provides you with all the amenities of home away from home.
The house is light and bright and cool with central A/C. It has two large bedrooms. The master suite has direct access to the screened lanai pool area, with beautiful tiki bar. Enjoy a nice swim in the pool, or have a wonderful BBQ on our gas or charcoal grills. new pool heater.
Master suite also includes gorgeous bathrooms with up to date marble vanities, full bath, and luxurious queen size bed, tastefully decorated. There is spacious walk in closet with plenty of room to accommodate. The kitchen is gorgeous! Brand new appliances, dishwasher, microwave, stainless steel fridge with ice-maker and plenty of cabinet space.
Fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, everything you can think of and and more! Even extra stocked for entertaining. You can dine in the kitchen or enjoy your meals in the dining room, or breakfast area. The second bedroom is fully furnished with two full size beds, and also has large closet space.
There is also a private laundry room, with brand new washer and dryer. All linens and towels are provided as well. Two car garage. The dining room and living room areas are very spacious, fully furnished, and even have your own personal massage chair.
There are televisions throughout the house. The outside pool area, has easy access from both the dining area, and the master suite, and is solar heated, with lots of wonderful patio furniture, lounge chairs, and a brand new tiki bar area.
The pool area is magnificently tiled, and the view of the waterfront is absolutely breathtaking. This house is an absolute paradise oasis. What's even more wonderful. The Yacht club is minutes away, where you can go boating or fishing. Fort Myers beach is also close by.
You are close to grocery stores, greats shops, fine and casual restaurants to dine, and some of the best shopping centers and outlets you can imagine. Movie theaters, bingo, recreational parks, and zoos are not far away.
You can take a picnic, or spend the day in Sanibel, or Captiva Island, which are renowned for their pristine beaches, and gorgeous shells. You could also go visit the zoo, or go boating, or arrange for a fishing charter, or spend a beautiful evening dining out on Ft. Myers beach.

Pretty nice vacation home, we stayed there for a 10 day vacation, place was nice and clean. conveniently located. Enjoyed the bikes that were left there for our use. Overall it was a nice vacation spot and we will be considering staying here again. This was a very smooth transaction.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+.
The Gulf of Mexico is warmer w/ less bugs!

Pictures are so deceiving! The home had deferred maintenance thru out. The sliders from the dining and master were not operable ,so we went out the slider in the kitchen. The pool had a leek which required us filling it for two hours per day, with the garden hose to keep the pump from burning up. There was also a major ant problem and they ended up in the pool. The pool guy never actually vacuumed the pool, but kind of washed the sides down with a brush, skimmed it with a screen and threw in some chemicals. The bicycles provided were a nice thought, however, there was no working tire pump at the property so we had to go buy one since the bikes would not fit in our rental car. The noise from the nearby main arterial was also noticeable. Overall the home served its purpose for our stay however, we won't be returning to this particular property when going back to Cape Coral.
Owner response:Thank you for the great review! I don't understand what is decieving when you mention about maintenance. The house was cleaned by a maintenance service. All the sliders work fine The slider in the bedroom is blocked by a tiki hut. You spoke to the maintenance pool service the small drip from the pool filter was repaired. The pool maintenance guy vacumed the pool 2 days before you arrived. It was not important to add 2 hours a day of water by adding so much water it resulted in a expensive water bill and destablizing the pool chemicals by adding so much water you attracted lots of ant to the pool. You have to use common sense when trying to fit two large bicycles in a car rental. You are careless and not responisble.
