River Hall is just 20 minutes from the airport and close to the beaches. This newly furnished/decorated coach home is located in Ashton Oaks which is the Country Club Distict of River Hall. Ashton Oaks has it's own heated pool, hot tub, outdoor grills just a few yards away from your front door. Located on the ground floor it has all the comforts of home but with a Florida touch.
The open floor plan (1785 sq. ft.)has a large living area that separates the two bedrooms for privacy. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed while the master has a king-size bed. Master suite has an oversize bathroom that features 2 separate vanity areas, tub, large glass shower and 2 walk-in closets. The kitchen is fully equipped, the dining room will seat 4-6 or eat out on the large lanai that overlooks a peaceful, quiet lake and enjoy the cool coastal breezes.
In the spacious living area the sofa makes out to a queen-size sleeper for extra guests. NOTE: Unlimited golf ($19.00 cart fee and 06% tax and a one time $100.00 transfer fee). |
