Why the Owner Chose Montana Del Sol
We purchased the rental property originally as an investment without an intent to use the condo for personal vacations.However, we fell in love with the condo, Scottsdale, the golfing and the shopping. So now we try to use the condo at least twice a year and just love it.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We love the 12 foot ceilings, open plan and Arizona style of the furnishings, decorations and artwork. It's very relaxing and helps you to forget about work and home. The proximity to great golf, great shopping (both highend and reasonable priced) and a broad range of resturants means you don't need to travel far to have fun.
Wide assortment of shops and resturaunts. Best Buy, Mexican, Earles.

Hiking, golfing, shopping and enjoying fine wine are some of our greatest joys. Our daughters, their husbands and our grandson seem to top alot of the shopping lists. We really enjoy this time in our life with our extended family.
