The master bedroom features a queen sized bed, cable TV, and sweeping views of the ocean. The room also has access to the balcony and the 1.5 bath. The den features a trundle bed (sleeps 2) cable TV, and access to the 1.5 bath. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs! Also, for your convenience, in the unit, there is a stackable washer and dryer. The living room features a brand new Queen sized sleeper sofa, and Cable TV with VCR / DVD.
The Golden Sands building is loaded with amenities! The entire first floor features: indoor / outdoor swimming pools (kiddie pool also included,) tennis and racquetball courts, gift shops, game room, convenience store, ice cream / pastry shop, Beach Bar & Grill, and a huge recreation deck with a private beach! The 22nd floor features an indoor pool, separate men and ladies saunas, game room and work out room.
