This huge "Texcany" home is close to Lakeway, Carlos and Charlies and the Oasis, 20 minutes to the new Galleria Mall. Downtown Austin is just 30 minutes away. All west windows have a Lake Travis view, with the Lake right across the street. Boats can be launched at Mansfield Dam (2 miles away). The house has 3 living areas and was remodeled two years ago in a modern/western style and great fun for groups. The lot is almost 1 acre with lots of space for BBQ or picnic. There is a gorgeous view of the lake from most of the rooms, including an upstairs deck for watching the sunset.
