All west windows have a Lake Travis view, with the Lake right across the street. Boats can be launched at Mansfield Dam (2 miles away). The house has 3 living areas and was remodeled two years ago in a modern/western style and great fun for groups.
The lot is almost 1 acre with lots of space for BBQ or picnic. There is a gorgeous view of the lake from most of the rooms, including an upstairs deck for watching the sunset.
