Located on a quiet street in town, yet only minutes away from everything Grand Lake has to offer. You are situated right across the street from beautiful Shadow Mountain Lake and a minutes walk to the amazingly scenic Grand Lake, the largest natural lake in Colorado.

Walk to downtown Grand Lake in just minutes and enjoy all the amenities this fun place has to offer. There is excellent shopping and dining, as well as miniature golfing, guided horseback riding, snowmobiling, tubing, family skiing at Sol Vista or Winter park only 30 minutes away, boating, ATV rentals, go-carting, bumper boats, hiking, biking, fishing...and so much more. There is even a playground around the corner for the kids. Children and adults alike will enjoy all the amenities that this diverse town of Grand Lake has to offer.

Next door to Grand Lake is Rocky Mountain National Park, which is home to abundant wildlife. It is not unusual to see elk, moose, bears, beavers, foxes, and deer. Amazing trails run through the park are accessible from the entrance to the park and from there you can hike and snowshoe.
