This charming 100 year old home is set on 2 private acres.
Outside dining area seats 10, Plenty of lawn and deck chairs. House is ideal for a family of four with guests, Pool (with heater) is 20 x 40 with large deck, waterfall, and hot tub. Perenial flowers and evergreens abound. There are several playing areas for children, as well as a jungle gym!
Just outside the village, Minutes to Village or golf. The ocean is 10 minutes away and bay beaches maybe 5 minutes.
