We were 2 adults and 4 teens (2 pairs), more than enough room for that (an adult could not join us at last minute) . Lots of 'bonus spaces', tvs, places to chill. The house was like new especially the kitchen. Lots of bright rooms with great window light. Huge grill. We entertained and everyone who saw the house raved. Boys loved the billiards and girls loved the hot tub. Owner was available almost immediately for any concern. We have rented many different places and this one was the best. You will need a car, 4 miles to town, and having bikes was helpful to get around, girls walked 0.7 miles to beach 3 times.
