This beautiful new condo in Building 21 is located directly on the
Intracoastal with wonderful water views. It is a ground floor unit,
with screened porch and a patio.
With three bedrooms and two baths, it is perfect for families or couples. The Master suite is generously sized and located away from the other two bedrooms. It has a king size bed with adjoining double vanity bathroom, with large soaking tub and glass shower.
The second bedroom is across from the second bath and contains a Queen bed. The third bedroom has extra long twin beds.
The kitchen is a cook's dream with ample black granite countertops
and white custom cabinetry. Appliances include easy clean electric
range and ovens, upgraded dishwasher and disposal. The condo also
contains a full size washer and dryer.
Our building is located next to the beautiful Intracoastal Pool, with over 40 palm trees, cabanas and a children's play area. The Intracoastal Pool offers wonderful lake and Intracoastal views, as well as a picnic and grilling area.
The main clubhouse is a short walk away and includes two game rooms, a large pool, activity lawn and hot tub. A cute cafe is available for lunch and snacks from 10 am - 5 pm, Thursday-Sunday.
Tideland also offers a brand new exercise facility, as well as
miles of walking trails around lakes and the Intracoastal waterway. Our condo looks directly out on the Intracoastal! Wake up each morning and have coffee in bed watching the yachts go by or sit on the screened porch and have a wonderful happy hour in the evening.
Walk to the clubhouse along the Intracoastal path and swim in the
brand new pool, or soak in the large hot tub underneath the royal
palm trees. Work out in the exercise room and then have coffee at
the cafe. Invite your friends over and watch a game on the wide screen TV in the clubhouse or host a bridge party in the game room. The children will enjoy the pool table, air hockey and foosball in the clubhouse.
Then, for dinner, leave your car in the parking lot and walk to The
European Village. Have crab cakes or fried shrimp at Barbara Jeans
or try the delicious pizza at the pizzeria. For dessert, visit the
Italian bakery or have gelato at the ice cream store.
Fishermen will love walking from our ground floor condo directly out to the Intracoastal to fish, or drive 15 minutes North to Matanzas Inlet and fish off the bridge or 15 minutes South and fish the Flagler Pier.
Palm Coast is conveniently located off I-95 North, just South of St. Augustine. Orlando is only an hour away and a great day trip. The old city of St. Augustine is only 30 minutes. And, one of the best outlet malls in the world is 20 minutes north on I-95.
Best of all for golfers is ample daily fee, upscale golf courses in all directions.
