Great rates for Summer '13. Our rate for the summer is an awesome deal at only $1499/week vs resorts rate of $1999. No difference in what you'd get from the resort directly except you save $100's. Come and enjoy a vacation of a lifetime at Point Sebago Resort while you and your family enjoy this Championship Golf Course and Beach Resort. You'll stay in a well equipped 2Bdr / 2Ba house with more room than a cottage or resort park home. We're only 2-1/2 hours from Boston and less than 1hr from Maine beaches and NH Mountains.
Our home has all of the amenities you have become accustomed to in your own home, with the exception of linens and towels. The two bedrooms provide nice accommodations for four and a sleeper sofa provides room for two more making this home right size for six people. The two baths each having showers ensure you don’t have to wait in line when trying to make that tee-time.
The kitchen has a microwave, coffeemaker, and toaster in addition to the dishes, silverware, pots/pans and utensils. There are three cable televisions with two having DVD players. The large rear deck has a gas grill with an umbrella table to sit and relax when not using the resorts amenities. The home also has central air/heat for your comfort throughout the year.
The main reason Point Sebago Resort is a year after year event for so many families is because of the activities. The Resort has something going on all day long for everyone from the littlest ones to the teens. Grown-ups aren’t left out either. Activities (on site or nearby) include hiking, biking, golf, tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, miniature golf, fishing, boating, sailing, and water-skiing. In the winter you can enjoy skiing and snowmobiling. The resort itself has multiple beaches and a marina on Sebago Lake, along with restaurants, general store, an 18-hole championship golf course, and much, much, more. During the summer, the Resort offers thrilling entertainment shows and comedian nights.

This is the second year that my daughter and her husband and two small sons have stayed at this home, and it's truly a great place to vacation with kids....the lake is perfect and there are so many activities for everyone....and then there is this cool, comfortable, air conditioned, home to return back to.....so nice that the kids and parents each had a bedroom and bathroom of their own, and then there is even a pull-out couch if the grandparents want to spend the night! This is the perfect family" home away from home" and a wonderful,frinedly, low-key, relaxing vacation spot. We highly recommend it!Recommended for: Families with young children.

Summer rental weeks run from Sat to Sat.
Check-in time is 3pm and Check-out is 10am.
$250 deposit and $49 insurance required at time of reservation. Balance of rental due in full 60 days prior to rental start.
Rentals may be paid via credit card thru VRBO website link.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
$75 cleaning fee charged on all rentals. All Guests pay Maine tax of 7%.

Year Purchased: 2008
About the owner: You will be renting from June & Jerry who are average working class middle age parents. We have two great school age kids. We live in MA and are only 2-1/2hrs from the resort. We love to travel and take vacations.
Why the Owner Chose Casco:
We bought our home at Point Sebago because of its proximity to our MA home and all the great activities the Resort offers families. We had heard that PS was very family oriented and we tried it out in 2007. We bought a home there shortly after that stay.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We really enjoy the fact that our kids can enjoy the multitude of activities at the Resort or just hang out doing nothing but enjoy the views of the lake. We like the Resorts shows and especially the talent show where Guests get to show off their talents.
