Located only a one minute drive from the Langdale Ferry Terminal, Seahaven Cottage is nestled in the quiet area of Hopkins Landing. This little gem is one of only a handful of properties on the Sunshine Coast that is flat at water level, making it ideal for viewing wildlife like heron, otter, eagle and geese. Situated perfectly for watching ferries glide into the bay, the fishing boats at work, or the sailboats at play. The flat property has 1/2 acre of landscaped grounds that are perfect for badminton, croquet, or bocce ball. And with the water at your back door, beachcombing is only a step away.
Sit back and enjoy a cold drink as you enjoy the beautiful views of the Shoal Channel and the Strait of Georgia from the large two level glass and cedar deck.
