Our lake house was built in 1998 (11 years old), is very well cared for and very clean. Our lake house is located in a quiet, NO WAKE cove at the 32MM of the Lake of the Ozarks near Camdenton, Missouri. Our house has a very large screened porch which is great for gatherings. If you are bringing your toddlers or kids, it is a great place to relax and watch them play. The deck has a storage bench with a variety of kids toys. We also have a toy kitchen that can be left on the deck for your use. We have a sun deck off the screened in porch for those who want to soak up the sun. The sun deck includes two lounge chairs. The private dock is a great place to spend your day in the sun. Our dock has two lounge chairs, a table with 4 chairs, a swing and swim platform. You can spend hours soaking up the sun, jumping off the dock, and splashing in the lake. It is a very safe swim area for all. We are tucked back in a cove where the water is very calm. We have an available boat slip (10 X 28) for those who want to get out in the action. You don't have to worry about rough waves at our boat slip because the water is very calm. The best of all is the private swim dock is only a few short steps from the house. You can also enjoy receational fishing off the private boat dock. Captain Ron’s is just a few coves away and it has a great sand beach for the kids to play, sand volleyball, etc.

Inside there's plenty of room to enjoy meals, play games, and watch movies on the 42" big screen TV. FREE wireless broadband internet and local/long distance telephone are provided for those who want to stay in touch. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, blender, toaster, coffee pot, waffle iron, plenty of dishes, cups, dish towels, dish soap, paper towels, etc.

Sleeping arrangements are as follows: Master bedroom with private bathroom includes a queen bed (sleeps 2); bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 share a bathroom; bedroom 2 includes two (2) sets of twin over full bunk beds with a twin trundle (sleeps 7); bedroom 3 includes a queen bed (sleeps 2); a crib (sleeps 1 baby/toddler) is available and will fit in master bedroom or bedroom 2; open area on bottom floor allows for Air Mattresses (included) to accommodate sleeping for two additional guests. Bedroom 2 is roomy and can fit the crib and a queen mattress. This house contains a twin air mattress and queen air mattress. Extra pillows and sheets are available for the air mattresses. The queen beds are high quality pillow top mattresses to provide extra comfy sleeping accommodations.

This home is for family oriented renters. It is located in a very quiet and family oriented neighborhood. Groups interested in loud parties are discouraged from renting our house.

  • Our family stayed in this great vacation rental in mid-September and enjoyed every minute there. Our stay was quiet, comfortable, and we had the luxury of an entire vacation free from the experiences of a hotel stay. The home was extremely clean, accomodating, and the owners extended extra efforts to explain everything prior to our arrival. The boat dock, garage and screened-in porch were especially appreciated. Our regards to the owners for such a nice place.

  • Your home made our one week vacation a great one. The cove is quiet but still centrally located for shopping and other activities. We took full advantage of the screened in back porch and drank our coffee there in the morning and had wine there at night :-) We had our grown children with us for the weekend and our 18 month old grandaughter loved the toys.   • Our weekend at this lake house was spectacular! The accommodations were immaculate and complete in every aspect. It provided an immediate sense of 'on vacation to rest and relax'. The kitchen was easy to work in, making it a pleasure to 'stay in' for meals. At the same time, local restaurants are just minutes away. The beds were extremely comfortable, making it easy to sleep late. There’s a sense of privacy around the house and dock. It’s obvious this home is well taken care of and loved by the home owners. I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a fun and relaxing weekend with family and friends!

  • This lakehouse is amazing. Located in a quiet cove where both swimming and fishing can be safely enjoyed in calm water. Location is convenient to grocery store, gas and restuarants and anything else you want. Home has all amenities including a flat screen TV and all new furniture. Spacious open floor plan and large screened in porch allows for group gatherings. Once you arrive you never have to leave. Owners have definitely catered to every need. I would highly recommend this place!

  • This is not only a nice, clean, spacious place to stay, the owners go above and beyond to make sure you have found everything and to answer any questions that may arise to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. It is in a very nice quiet cove on a great location on the lake...not too busy but close enough to boat to places if you would like. Our group has rented at many places on the lake but we enjoyed their clean, welcoming home so much, we have already reserved our weekend for next year.

  • My family had a wonderful time renting this home. The home is well cared for, very clean, and very comfortable. The home is the best of both worlds...if you seek a quiet place to relax this is it...if you want to get into all of the action that the lake has offer its all just minutes away. Resturaunts, Grocery, Gas, and Boat rentals are all very convienant!

  • This is a very quiet, peaceful location right on the water with a nice view. The house is immaculate and well decorated with all new furniture. My favorite is the huge screened-in porch overlooking the lake. I would highly recommend this home to anyone.
