Our loft is the perfect place for your extended rental of at least 31 days in downtown San Antonio ! This unit is frequently rented out to travelling executives as a corporate suite, and to traveling medical personnel with assignments in San Antonio. It is a huge efficiency with 12-14 ft. ceilings and is nearly 640 square feet in size.
Our condo comes fully furnished with top-of-the-line oak futons with high-end, full-size mattresses and sleeps 4. A cot is available at no extra charge if needed.
This unit also comes furnished with a coffee table, end tables, breakfast bar with hardwood stools, hardwood desk with matching hutch & file cabinet, modern, floor lamps, track lighting, granite countertops, and large, separate bath with big closet. A computer printer is provided free of charge for your use.

I stayed at this property for a month for a rotation at UTHSCSA and found the loft to truly be amazing! The location was great, right next to the highway, so it was easy to get anywhere. Plus, it was within walking distance to the riverwalk (as a runner, I thought this was great!), and on property there is a gym, roof-deck, and a pool. The loft itself was in prefect condition, clean and spacious, with views of downtown. The owner is easy to get in touch with and was very helpful throughout my stay. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting San Antonio!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, pet owners, adventure seekers, age 55+.

We just finished our wonderful stay in this hip urban loft in downtown San Antonio. The location is great and is walking distance to a number of bars, restaurants, cafes, art gallery, etc. It is also very close to the bus and trolley stop if you need to travel a bit further. The condo itself is stunning and has a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. We were pleasantly surprised at how large this condo was. It has a nice office area which came in very handy to us. The closet is very spacious and it was wonderful to have a washer and dryer right in the unit. The pool area is very pretty and kept really clean. The property also has a gym that has weight equipment, tread mill, elliptical, etc. Downtown seemed like the best place to stay when in San Antonio - close to everything! We would definitely stay in this loft again!

I stayed in the loft for five weeks while interning in San Antonio. The loft was super comfortable and perfect for my needs, the kitchen is great, the futons are comfortable and there is a big TV! The way the windows are situated, I was able to see the sunrise every morning over downtown (but, if you'd prefer to skip it, there are blinds that block out the sun). The owner is very responsive and accomodating. I'd stay here again!
