Home sits on top of Sampson Hill. This is the only hill in Chappy. Once a 380 degree view now has glimpses of water. All original Indian paths led to the spot where the original meeting house and chapel on Island situated for native Islanders. Walking paths reach all areas of Island from house. Look out tower for whale deliveries at corner. Come enjoy the beauty and fascination of Chappy. No stores, no commerce, just ocean and nature.

Edgartown Center is 1 mile from house! this is fabulous for riding bikes, dinning out and going into town without having to drive!! No traffic, no parking problems. Ferry over!
