This clean, clean Bright and airy Beach house overlooking Napeague harbor has everything you need. It is just a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the Hampton's. It is also just a short walk to a large protected harbor that is known for perhaps the best Kite surfing in the North East. Artist have been coming to this area for years because of the spectacular lighting. The sunsets off the large back deck are amazing and change every night.
The house is set up with 2 master suites; upstairs you have a queen bed with its own bath and a small balcony. Downstairs is another queen bed, it's own bath and a separate entrance. There is also a small Bedroom downstairs that has a single twin bed or that can be set up for a crib.
The house was a featured property in the NY POST Travel sec. 6/23/09 and has all the best of everything; HDTV,HBO, WIFI, Central A/C, Mitchell gold sofas, fine linens and glassware. NO PETS ALLOWED.

The only reason I'm not giving this chic and adorable house 5 stars is the train to Montauk runs directly behind it (20 feet away?). We were not aware of this until we arrived to the property and were quite alarmed at the thought of trains rumbling through at all hours during our precious time away. The good news is the train moves through quickly and relatively quietly just a few times a day. The bad news is it does do some late night routes so know going in and check the train schedule when you arrive. Besides that, the place is amazing! Clean, stylish, perfectly beachy, modern and rustic--very, very pretty and a short walk across the Highway to the beach (the property is literally right off the highway so families with young children take note). I would go back in a heartbeat if it were ever available, but it appears I'm not the only one who has fallen for this special property!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.
