**Enjoy a newly renovated 3500 square foot luxury home located on Kiser Island on the main channel of Lake Norman. Come see why so many have called this one of the best lake views around!

**Enjoy water views from every room in the house and enjoy the natural sun light provided by numerous skylights.

**The 4 spacious bedrooms include 2 rooms with king pillow top beds, one room with a queen and one with two double beds.

**The master bedroom features its own HDTV w/ DVR, a skylight and deck access – just wait until you wake up to that view! Master bath boasts a 9'x 5' luxury shower - complete with dual shower heads, one hand-held shower head, body jets and a large rain head. The large master Jacuzzi tub offers jets, its own water heater and underwater lighting. You may never want to leave this bathroom!!

** One of the large bedrooms upstairs has a convenient sitting room off to the side with large chair & ottoman and a 27in TV and Playstation 2/DVD Player

**The completely upgraded kitchen is a chef's paradise! It opens to the dining room and includes a 6 burner commercial range, two ovens, and a warming drawer. All this plus a bonus large hibachi grill on the kitchen island with hood vent – great for cooking Japanese or just cooking breakfast in the morning.

**Wet bar off the main living area features a full time ice maker which is great for restocking the cooler or mixing drinks.

**The upstairs loft houses a wet bar w/mini-fridge and poker table which seats up to eight players and provides views of the water (chips and cards provided).

**Enjoy TV or Movies in style in the main living room with a 46in HD LCD Flatscreen and surround sound system.

**The outdoor living area is as great as the indoors. Walk out onto the 3-tiered deck from the dining room, living room or master bedroom and take in one of the most beautiful views you will see on Lake Norman. Play your favorite music outside using the outdoor speaker system.

**Dine outside, lay out on the sun loungers or take a nap in the hammock between 2 of the four large palm trees. The lakeside yard is fenced-in and a set of stairs immediately off the deck provide access to the dock. The dock can be used for sunbathing, swimming, fishing, etc…(fishing license may be required).

**Boat slip is large enough to house almost any boat you may want to rent or bring. Several public boat ramps are also nearby.

**The roadside yard is large enough for Corn Hole or Horse Shoes or practice your bunker shot from one of the two sand traps. Or just enjoy some Ping Pong in the garage.

**Pantry/fridge stocking is available at a charge determined by needs.

  • The Owners were very helpful and accomodating. The house provided a fantastic view of the main channel with it's windowed walls and great deck. The dock worked well for our boat. We enjoyed the paddleboat tour that passed by the house daily that always mentioned the palm trees on the property. The media equipment was of high quality and the many DVD movies available were apreciated by us all. Every house should have a separate ice machine. Worth a return visit.

  • My family stayed May 23-30, 2009. My parents celecbrated 50 yrs of marriage. This home was magnificient. Master Bath - WOW! Nine people in our party, plenty of room (space) Kitchen made cooking a pleasure. Beautiful wood floors. Ping Pong table in garage supplied us many hours of fun and laughter. Evenings on the hugh deck and walks down to the lake on the dock were so refreshing. Would recommend to anyone. Great place!!!!

  • We stayed here over spring break and had a wonderful time. The house is spectacular inside -- outstanding kitchen and master suite as well as awesome views from the back of the house and decks. Kids had fun with the ping pong table and poker while the adults loved watching the sunsets.

  • This was the perfect home for our family Christmas week. The lake views are magnificent from the dining, living and first thing in the morning from the master bedroom. Your luxury bedding was enjoyed by all. The chef's kitchen was a joy to cook in and the channel lineup on the flat TV entertained us quite a bit. Everything you promised you delivered on and more. Thanks for having such a wonderful home for us to rent. We'll be back in 2009!!

  • This house was even more amazing in person! The kitchen is so roomy and has great appliances. I now know what I want to update my kitchen to sometime in the future. All the windows, great floor space, great dock, just fantastic. Since we can't actually live there, we'll just have to visit again.

The house was beautiful, extremely clean and fully equipped with everything (especially the magnificent kitchen) to make your stay absolutely PERFECT!! The location in perfect and the view is remarkable. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to stay on the lake.

  • My friends and I rented this house for a long weekend. The place is located at a scenic peninsula on the lake and off a private safe road. It has all the amenties you could ask to have great meals, a ping pong table and poker table for rec time as well as a deck that is amazing morning through night. The dock is perfect to tie up any size boat or swim off. The house is located conveniently in the middle of the lake, so whether you're hanging out up north or south, it is convenient to get back to for lunch....or in case the sky opens up. The owners were great to work with and I plan on staying here soon again!
