This house is absolutely beautiful and clean and spacious and was the perfect place for our small engagment party weekend. Bryan was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed----just to back this statement up--I called Bryan on his cell because I couldn't get the electronic garage door to open and I'm not a garage door guru and he called his father who lives in the area to come over and help us--luckily someone with us noticed it was just off the track and was able to lift the door manually. We had a great time swimming, boating, sitting on the deck, playing ping-pong, cornhole--it was just perfect!!! The hibachi grill was fun to use as well. We will be renting this place again. We rented the house the weekend of 8/5/11-8/7/11 and hope to be back real soon. My only small complaint was there were so many electronic components with the TV, DVD, surround sounds, etc. that I couldn't figure it out, but luckily we had someone in the group help us--maybe a small renter's guide would be helpful. Mary

This house was fantastic! I actually had the honor of having my wedding in the backyard and it was beautiful. The house is immaculate and the perfect size for our small family wedding. The backyard and decking are wonderful and the view is like none other. I am so thankful I had the opportunity to get married in such a beautiful place. Homeowners were also super and quick to respond to questions. I would definitely rent the home again. The location is very quiet and the most beautiful spot on the lake. I could not have asked for more!

Unfortunately, we are back from Lake Norman. It was our first time to the area visiting family. The house is so beautiful. The kitchen is a pleasure to "work" in when you have views like you do here. We enjoyed the lake so much. Everyone loved the house. The location was perfect. Thank you Bryan for all of the friendly emails.

We were happy to grab this Lake Norman rental as a last minute getaway to enjoy with out of town guests. Everything was wonderful. Owner was incredibly easy to work with. We had several small kids (age 1 - age 4) at the house and found it to be both safe and fun for them. We set up a small pool on the deck and they loved it! Rented a pontoon boat from Lake Norman Marina and would highly recommend that addition to your stay. We can't wait to return!

Just returned from a family vacation in this incredible house! We've seldom seen a better match of design and function than the spacious deck/living/dining areas facing the lake - a perfect blend of elegance, warmth and breath-taking views. The amazing hibachi grill and well-appointed kitchen permitted our children to prepare a memorable anniversary dinner for us. We enjoyed non-stop indoor/outdoor music with the incredible entertainment system, and the big screen TV's, two wetbars, game table, and huge deck offered something for everyone. Can't WAIT to go back!

The Owners were very helpful and accomodating. The house provided a fantastic view of the main channel with it's windowed walls and great deck. The dock worked well for our boat. We enjoyed the paddleboat tour that passed by the house daily that always mentioned the palm trees on the property. The media equipment was of high quality and the many DVD movies available were apreciated by us all. Every house should have a separate ice machine. Worth a return visit.

My family stayed May 23-30, 2009. My parents celecbrated 50 yrs of marriage. This home was magnificient. Master Bath - WOW! Nine people in our party, plenty of room (space) Kitchen made cooking a pleasure. Beautiful wood floors. Ping Pong table in garage supplied us many hours of fun and laughter. Evenings on the hugh deck and walks down to the lake on the dock were so refreshing. Would recommend to anyone. Great place!!!!

We stayed here over spring break and had a wonderful time. The house is spectacular inside -- outstanding kitchen and master suite as well as awesome views from the back of the house and decks. Kids had fun with the ping pong table and poker while the adults loved watching the sunsets.

This was the perfect home for our family Christmas week. The lake views are magnificent from the dining, living and first thing in the morning from the master bedroom. Your luxury bedding was enjoyed by all. The chef's kitchen was a joy to cook in and the channel lineup on the flat TV entertained us quite a bit. Everything you promised you delivered on and more. Thanks for having such a wonderful home for us to rent. We'll be back in 2009!!

This house was even more amazing in person! The kitchen is so roomy and has great appliances. I now know what I want to update my kitchen to sometime in the future. All the windows, great floor space, great dock, just fantastic. Since we can't actually live there, we'll just have to visit again.

My friends and I rented this house for a long weekend. The place is located at a scenic peninsula on the lake and off a private safe road. It has all the amenties you could ask to have great meals, a ping pong table and poker table for rec time as well as a deck that is amazing morning through night. The dock is perfect to tie up any size boat or swim off. The house is located conveniently in the middle of the lake, so whether you're hanging out up north or south, it is convenient to get back to for lunch....or in case the sky opens up. The owners were great to work with and I plan on staying here soon again!

It was a beautiful home. The great view, comfy furniture, and huge master bathroom and kitchen were our favorites. We would definately recommend to others looking for a relaxing but modern vacation home. Owners were great to work with as well.
