Sunbathe on a deck overlooking the ocean. Sleep to the throb of the ocean. Bright and airy, this reverse living, oceanfront home has 2,070 square feet of inside living space ,an open upper deck and a covered lower deck. There are four large bedrooms, two with King Size beds and two with 2 twin beds each.
On the first floor two rooms face the ocean with sliders to the covered lower deck - a bedroom with a king sized bed and the den with a queen sized sleeper. Additionally there are two generously sized twin bedrooms, a full bath and a washer and dryer. The second floor contains contains the living, dining and kitchen areas in a Great Room facing on the Ocean with a powder room and cathedral ceilings. Down a hall is a master bedroom with a king sized bed, en suite bath, walk in closet and a cathedral ceiling
There are TVs in living room, den and all bedrooms. There is WIFI for your internet connections. The upper deck has a natural gas grill, picnic table and lounge chairs. Outdoor shower and off street parking for 4 cars.
NOTE:
This guest house is one of two which we own on the property. They are attached by the upper deck which has a 6 foot fence dividing it (see picture). The fence is gated. Both sides can be rented and comfortably used to house a party of 16 to 20 people.

We spent a week at this house and have to say the accommodations were great. We were 2 families and there was plenty of room. The view was great of the beach and the ocean. Would recommend property to a friend.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
