This modern, luxury condominium is located in the most breathtaking section of the central Oregon Coast, in the village of Yachats. Crashing surf view are found from south-facing decks, the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. The master bath features a whirlpool soaking tub.
A large sandy beach and the Yachats River are a few minutes walk away. Cape Perpetua State Park visible to the south, has miles of hiking trails, tide pools, and panoramic views north and south - a great place for whale watching.
Yachats is a wonderful community of 750, that is small enough to have a friendly, leisurely pace, and yet large enough to feature wonderful restaurants and great shopping. It is located 25 miles north of Florence, known for excellent golf courses and miles of enormous sand dunes. The beaches between Florence and Yachats are home to some of the best agate hunting on the Oregon coast. Waldport is seven miles to the north lying at the mouth of the Alsea River. Crabbing is excellent in the bay. Newport is located 25 miles to the north. It is the former home of Keiko the Killer Whale, and is the site of the Oregon Coast Aquarium.
