Great pet friendly home. Plenty of sleeping space for our 2 families and we loved the large eat-in-kitchen area. Bonus to have the mud room for all the ski equipment and the full sized washer/dryer. Nice location to be able to walk to the grocery store and restaurants. Owner was great to work with, answering all our questions and providing all the info (including menus!) for the area. We enjoyed our week, great skiing conditions, even with this tough winter

I just wanted to let you know we had a wonderful weekend! I cannot say enough good things about your home that you shared with our family. I must admit to you now that I was a little apprehensive about renting properties again from info. I found on line because we had a bad experience with a property we had just rented....your home on the other hand far exceeded our hopes for the weekend. I thought that based on the reviews for your home that we would be happy and we truly were. From the moment we arrived we were WOW'd!!! The place first of all was immaculate which is my number 1 concern. We had everything we could have possibly have needed. I think I mentioned that the rehearsal dinner was at the Bethel Inn and the close proximity of your home to the inn was great..........We set up 2 portacribs in the blue bedroom upstairs and the twins slept soundly there both nights. A. was also thrilled to sleep in the top bunk bed in the other bedroom. We had so much room there. I loved the large kitchen with so much seating, we had a lot of fun there. We also enjoyed the front porch. Your home was everything and more of what we had hoped for. We would like to try to find a common time for all to share some ski time here. We think that would be a wonderful time especially with the wonderful room for all the ski equipment. I wish we could have stayed there longer. the weekend went by too fast! .....I want to thank you so much for sharing your "slice of heaven" with our family. I was so lucky to have found your home in my search. We had a weekend full of fond memories. Hopefully we might be able to revisit this wonderful home again in the future.

Great four bedroom house in Bethel. Short walk to the ski shuttle and the very nice town with a supermarket and a number of good restaurants. This was the first time we had rented a house in Bethel instead of a condo at Sunday River itself. We were very pleasantly surprised how easy getting to Sunday River was - it is only a 10 minute drive. The house was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed and the owner was very responsive to the one or two questions we had. In addition to a large kitchen with seating for 10, a living room with TV and DVD, and the four bedrooms, the house has a large mudroom for skis, boots and all the stuff skiers bring. I would highly recommend this house.

We arrived as the blizzard was approaching Maine. When we left our home in Massachusetts it had just started to flurrie and clearly we were going to be nested in our residence in Maine well ahead of the storm. We found the house perfect! Warm, cozy with all that we needed. By morning the foot or more of snow was still coming down, but the McDermott's plower arrived early to clear the drive. (He also came late that day to clear up any leftover snow.) The kids got to ski on Monday in the blizzard-harder, but not crowded-and on Tuesday in bright sunshine. In the evenings, we cuddled after a warm and yummy meal. Love the house! We had a wonderful stay. Thanks!

Everything about this house was just great. You are so well organized that we found everything we needed. This location was perfect or us as we attended a wedding at the Bethel Inn. Enjoyed a Brass Concert at the Historical Society, shopped at the Crafts Fair on the Green, golfed, walked to town to shop and dine...went swimming and boating on the lake. Our first visit to Maine was so memorable. Maybe we will be back again. Thank you!
