The “Point Break Beach House” is located in an area known as “The Avenues”. This brand new environmentally efficient 2300 sqft home features 4 bedrooms, 3 baths with parking for 5 cars. This home is truly world-class in its location and execution. Built for discriminating tastes, the home features two lavishly appointed master suites each with its own fireplace.
Enjoy the ocean views from several rooms in this wonderfully decorated and efficiently laid out floor plan. The rear deck can host a large, more social party or barbeque, while the lower landscaped oasis can provide a more quiet and personal area to relax with its own gas fire pit.
Eight doors to the beach and the stairs at the 38th Avenue Beach, one of several nearby beaches great for surfing, boogie boarding, swimming, or just relaxing in the sun. Our central location makes it just a short drive or bike ride to the Santa Cruz Harbor, the Boardwalk, or to Capitola Village.
