West 53rd Street between Broadway & 8th is where they film the “outside” segments of the show. You’ll be right in the action.

  • GREAT apartment. Courtney was great to deal with: Friendly, responded very promptly to everything, and all transactions were quick and painless. The apartment was in a great location as advertised right next to the Ed Sullivan Theater, and right above Rupert and his Hello Deli. It was clean, quiet, and a great home base for NYC adventures. Easily walk to Central Park or Times Square and within a block of all the trains you need to get around New York (B/D/E trains are literally across the street).

  • Hi Courtney A BIG THANK YOU is certainly in order for making our stay in NY so comfortable. And helping us out wherever you could - you're a gem!! The initial climb of those stairs were torturing but by the 3rd day, we were getting quite good at it :) To those who are contemplating renting an apmt - look no further. This is one of the best - superb location, clean, well furnished and absolutely cosy. It is so nice to come back to this apmt after a long day out. What you see on the website is what you get and more. The place is fabulous. Courtney is a JOY to deal with. She is easygoing and most obliging. So you can't get a better "landlady" than her. I highly recommend this place and have passed on info to frens who are contemplating visiting NY.

  • Four of us stayed here in July 2009 and will plan to again next time we are in town, for SURE! Courtney was a joy to deal with and was always friendly and prompt with returning emails and answering our questions. The apartment was perfect for us (despite the 75 steps with the elevators being refurbished during the time of our stay ;-P but we knew about that so I can't complain about it!) - very clean clean, stocked and in the best location for city access. Despite what I expected, traffic noise at night was not really an issue at all...quiet building too. Courtney, thanks again!

  • We stayed in Courtney's apartment for 7days/6 nights. The space was great! Very comfortable and convenient. The subway is across the street, and out the window is a view of Broadway! We saw several celebrities while sitting outside on the stoop!!! It's a short walk to both Time Square and Central Park...the location could not be better. Breakfast at the Hello Deli downstairs was very good and affordable. Courtney was just as great as the apartment! Very friendly and hospitable. Thanks so much! We'll definitely keep you in mind for our next visit.
