The fitness room at Pelican Isle overlooks the pool & the beach beyond for some scenery when you are working out.
Our kitchen is fully equipped so you may prepare all of your meals in the condo if you wish.
If you do decide to dine out...
Go to Old Bay Steamer. They offer steamed seafood by the bucket full, lobster tails, snow crab, king crab & shrimp are the contents of one of their buckets for two. Prepare to possibly get messy enjoying your meal, they often tie bibs around their patrons necks. If seafood isn't your favorite they also offer pasta & steaks.
Pandora’s Steakhouse offers steak, seafood & prime rib. Pandora’s is the Emerald Coasts oldest family owned & operated steakhouse specializing in USDA choice heavy western beef & the freshest of local seafood. They also offer a Wine Spectator award winning wine list. They have been a local’s favorite since 1978.

While you are in Ft. Walton Beach....
If you forgot your bathing suit or just need a new one for your trip, Alvin's Island Tropical Department store is just across Miracle Strip Parkway. If you need more substantial shopping, Santa Rosa Mall & Uptown Station should fit that bill for you.
Make sure to make time for The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier. It stretches 1262 feet out in to the water for great fishing, dolphin watching & sunsets. Rod & Reel rental is available too as well as snacks/refreshments.
The Gulfarium has been a great attraction on the Emerald Coast since 1955. They have dolphin shows through out the day as well as the opportunity to visit with some of my favorites, Penguins & Sea Lions!
For some adventure try parasailing with Sun Dogs Parasailing on Okaloosa Island, it's a great experience.
Unique shopping & dining can be found along Main Street in Ft. Walton Beach. Try the corner bistro, it's great!
While you are in Ft. Walton Beach, Visit Destin.. It's just over the bridge. Things to do in Destin….
Rent a pontoon boat and spend the day at Crab Island. Crab Island is the area surrounding the Destin Bridge & has shallow crystal clear water to swim, float & enjoy the day in.
For a great all shopping day, visit the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. A vacation in it’s own right you will have over 100 stores to visit, Polo Ralph Lauren, Banana Republic, Brooks Brothers, Eddie Bauer, Liz Claiborne, Tommy Hilfiger, Lenox, Nike and Reebok - just to name a few. When you need to pause for nourishment chose from Panera Bread, Cheeseburger in Paradise (their chicken salad with plantains is wonderful!) or Carrabba's Italian Grill for dinner & relaxing after your hectic day of shopping.
More than just great shopping, the Destin Commons Center Plaza offers a soft-play kids playground and a 49-head pop fountain. Community activities and entertainment are held through the year at Destin Commons. Rave Motion Pictures is also housed at Destin Commons to catch the latest releases. Stop for a bite to eat at the Hard Rock Café, Panera Bread, Tony’s Ristorante or Sushi Siam.
Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin Golf & Beach Resorts offers wonderful dining and specialty stores as well as great festivals & events that are held at the Market Shops Green or the Center Plaza within the Village.
Grande Boulevard, just past Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort heading east, offers stores such as Billabong, Brooks Brothers Country Club, Coldwater Creek, J. Crew-at-the-beach, Sunglass Hut, & Tommy Bahama's Emporium as well as great dining at Tommy Bahama’s , Fleming’s, Cantina Laredo (If you dine here sit outside to enjoy the fountain!) & Mitchell’s Fish Market.
