No need to pack all your gear and drive to skiing when you can put your boots on and walk to the Quittin' Time Ski Run and access Park City Mountain Resort at the town lift. The walk is equivalent or less than what it would be from the resort parking lot and saves you the car packing and drive time. Ski home on groomed runs.
This Non-Smoking, three bedroom home comfortably sleeps eight. It features TV with dozens of cable channels, DVD/CD player and stereo with plug for ipod and Bose speakers. A newly installed Baja hot tub on the front deck is the perfect way to relax after a long ski day.

This was a wonderful choice for family vacation and spring skiing. The house is newly renovated, artistic, charmingly decorated and very inviting. We enjoyed the hot tub on the deck after skiing, the massage chair and the well appointed kitchen. Two flights of stairs gets you to the main street full of galleries and shops. MaryBeth came by to welcome us and was very warm and helpful with the information about town. Would definitely come again and recommend to friends.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

This location was perfect. The house is located a couple streets above Main St, so we were able to walk there in a few minutes. With the house being so close to Town Lift, we were able to take that to PCMR each day and actually ski home, so we didn't need a car. The home is very inviting and decorated so nicely. We have 3 young children and they loved playing in the snow in the backyard. The owner, MaryBeth was wonderful and really made our stay a memorable one. I'd definitely recommend this home to anyone.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.

I absolutely loved this home. Marybeth was a very easy landlord (we stayed 5 weeks). She helped with anything we needed, including recommending trails to hike as the snow was not at its best this year. The energy at her house was fun loving and I was really happy with how close to town it was. WALKING.. which I love. I would totally stay here again and refer this property to any one of my friends looking to rent.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We had an awesome time in Park City mostly because of the great location of this clean artistic home. Just an easy walk to olde town and lift we could not ask for anything more. MaryBeth, the owner, was so inviting and accommodating. She helped us with all our needs, gave us the perfect recommendations of places to go and things to see. We've been to Chill on the Hill before and plan to be back as long as MaryBeth has the place. We had a great 5 days - all 8 of us enjoyed skiing, the town, the town lift (!), cooking in, ordering out, hut tubbing and relaxing in the very cool Chill Hill. What a great home! I took several of my employees on a ski trip to Park City in February, 2008 and we had a blast. The home was perfect. Practically ski in/ski out and right in town. The hot tub treated us extremely well and the home was equipped with everything we needed. Next time we go to Park City, we're definitely staying here!Did you find this review helpful?
