Pool area - Henderson , Nevada, Vacation House, near dining and golfing. This five-bedroom home located about 10 minutes from the Airport and the Strip is fully ready to handle all your vacation, wedding, and convention needs. This 3600 sq. ft. house has a beautiful pool and spa. It also has many extras including a fully stocked kitchen and dining room, 42" LCD t.v., hi-speed internet hook up with printer, an X-Box 360 game console, DVD player with 20 movies. Additional t.v.'s in two bedrooms. Outdoors: a full-size shuffleboard court awaits your competitive nature. Indoors: a pool table and several board games. Two bedrooms have one queen size bed each; two bedrooms have two queen size beds each. The master bedroom has a california king. The artwork is tropical as are most of the floral arrangements. A fireplace, piano, and full-size wet bar are ready for your use. If your interest is more sports related, within about two miles you can find the Wildhorse and Legacy golf courses. Two parks nearby have tennis courts, baseball diamonds, a bike and running path, basketball courts, volleyball courts, and a frisbee-golf course. Lake Mead, fifteen minutes to the East, offers boating and fishing for huge striped bass (current record 60lbs.), large mouth bass, and trout. The Green Valley Ranch Casino is about 10 minutes to the South. This five diamond hotel offers a 10 million dollar sports room, a nice poker room, several movie theatres, a live music room, several excellent restaurants and an up-scale shopping area next door called The District for serious shoppers. You may have seen their reality T.V. show, American Casino. It's a great place to run into celebrities at the craps tables. Within one mile of the house you will find two large supermarkets, several sit-down restaurants (Chinese, Mexican, Thai, Japanese, coffee shop, and bar-b-q) and a big selection of about 20 fast food chain restaurants. Delivery is also available for Chinese, Thai, pizza, and Japanese food. Below is a list of charges for the rental: Weeknights $250/night Holiday nights $100/night additional charge per night Weekly discounted rates 1500/week (Cleaning fee waived) Cleaning fee $150 visits of 6 days or less Security/Damage Deposit $400 due at time of reservation. Credit card refunded in 72 hours. Check deposits may take up to 10 days.
