Strolling distance to the exclusive Aspen Club and Spa and the North Star Nature Preserve, famous for its gold medal trout fishing and breath taking hiking and biking maintained trails. This is truly Aspen's Gold Coast and all less than 10 blocks to downtown Aspen! This is the place for that special family vacation that is a once in a lifetime experience, or every year!
Situated in Aspen's Mountain Valley subdivision on a lovely & private naturally wooded, sloping site, less than a block from the free shuttle bus for easy access downtown or downvalley. Shuttle buses run 3 times per hour and are free!....or call to arrange special front door service! That option is the inexpensive "Dial a Ride" program, which is easy to arrange for a custom pickup for your party, literally at your front door for only a $1.00 per person! Who sez Aspen is always expensive?!?
Enjoy everything you need for entertaining, including a large kitchen with intimate, breakfast seating area, a lovely dining room large enough for seating 10-12 people confortably, and outstanding Roaring Fork River views from the oversized South facing BBQ and Hottub deck that is perfect for relaxing and lounging.
Finishes include cathedral beamed ceiling, hardwood and slate floors, 2 gas native rock fireplaces and new comfortable furnishings in a western motiff. A separate game room makes this home perfect for families or large groups. Our flexible bed arrangements can be confiqured either as King or 2 long twins in 4 of the 6 large Bedrooms, perfect for accomodating either couples of kids. The other 2 bedrooms each have a lovely queen bed! All of this creates a pet and child friendly environment that is convenient and comfortable, and at an affordable price. Call for more details

Dear Jeff; Thank you so much for renting your house to us and making every thing so easy. In addition to the abundance of space, I was delighted by all the little details I didn't expect, the lovely linens, the Bordeaux glasses, the Zinnias on the driveway, and even the City Market discount card. As a chronic whiner with a creaky back, I have to confess that I slept like a baby on whatever mattress you chose. You really thought of everything. We had a wonderful week and it was the perfect backdrop for our families (who hadn't met before!) to get to know each other. We will remember our stay here with great fondness- Thank you. My group and I traveled to Aspen for the Annual Motherload Volleyball tournament and have done so for the past few years. This has been the best experience to date, the accomidations where everything that was promised. The property was quiet, relaxing, including all the creature comforts one needs for a family or group getaway, and is one of the best places we have stayed to date. I would like to thank Jeff for making this possible for our group, and for making this enoyable to where we want to come back and stay at this property again next year for the Motherload.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.
