Please consider our beautiful condo for your next vacation trip to Maui or to attend a meeting. We fell in love with Maui the first time we went and have been going back ever since. It is truly a paradise. We are located on the part of the island which gets very little rain. Let me tell you a little about the condo. Our Maui Kamaole condo is right across from the beach and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants of Kihei and Wailea. Two pools and spas are available for your pleasure. Maui Kamaole is one of South Kihei's newest low rise condominium developments.
Our large, one bedroom condo has two bath rooms, a private lanai plus a small sunning area off the bedroom. There is a queen sized sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave, garbage disposal, range, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. Bar-B-Q facilities are available. We have
air-conditioning and ceiling fans. For your convenience and enjoyment our unit has a washer and dryer, color/cable TV, VCR, tape player, CD player and an answering
machine.
Golf is available nearby. Maui Kamaole has its own tennis courts for your use. Kihei has public courts near center downtown on the ocean side where you may play free of charge also. Additional public courts are located on the beach in front of the Maui Sunset condo complex in North Kihei at 1032 S. Kihei Rd.
A beautiful new Wailea Shopping Center is nearby. Kihei has supermarkets and convenience stores that accept credit cards. There is a Costco store, a new Wal-Mart and a K-Mart very near the airport. You will find lots of good restaurants very near and all over the island. The large hotels have excellent restaurants. Try their informal and less expensive restaurants outdoors near the pools. Our personal condo, when available, is discounted 5% off the published rates. When we refer you to another owner there will be a $35 reservation fee. All rates are subject to state taxes. No transient tax for stays of 180 days or more.
Reservations must be secured by a 3 night deposit within 10 days of reserving.
Full payment required 30 days before departure. Exception: Christmas bookings - Call for policy. Deposit less $50 is refundable if canceled 30 days or more before arrival; less $150, 15-29 days; less 4 nights rent, 0-14 days. Exception: Christmas bookings. Bookings 12/16 to 1/6 require full payment due by 10/15; penalty prior to 11/01, $50; 11/01-30,$200; after 11/30 and early departures - NO REFUND!! Prices are subject to change without notice.
Additional person MK $12; over standard occupancy (2) or (4). Children 17 and under stay free when sharing existing beds with adults.
Check in 3PM; check out 11 AM.
Four night minimum stay.
