This Beautiful 5 bedroom ocean view home is located on the Slope off Davis Bay pier in Davis Bay. Newly renovated and professionally decorated it is in beautiful condition.
This spacious home is the perfect place to spend a relaxing vacation. Perfect for a large family or family reunions. On the top floor there are 3(three) bedrooms 2 with Queen beds and 1 with 2 sets of bunk beds with 2 bathrooms ( 1 ensuite) a large living room with a fire place and a sitting room and kitchen with spectacular views of the Georgia Straight and Nanaimo. There is also a large patio partly covered, with a gas barbecue, patio table and chairs. The uncovered patio area has two lounge chairs and table just to lounge and watch the cruise ships sail by. The first floor which also boasts breathtaking views has two (2) bedrooms each with a Queen size bed, 1 bathroom, laundry,and rec/games room .
Sechelt town with its restaurants, shops, and grocers is just a minute drive away. Cafes, ice cream parlor, fish/chips, sushi, antique shops, beach, sea wall for walks are just a 5 min walk to the pier.
Golf - can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby. Ski lifts or Runs - can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). Whistler's Cypress Bowl and Grouse Mountain in Vancouver.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). Walk down to Davis Bay Pier, for a stroll on the sea wall, dining, coffee, shopping or drive into the town of Sechelt. Relative to the size of the communities, the Sunshine Coast has exceptionally good dining and shopping. Here you can find all types of cuisine in all types of settings — fish and chips, a full array of international cuisine, four-star restaurants. The main shopping and dining areas are in Sechelt but stores and gourmet hideaways can be found throughout the Coast.
