  There are many strong qualities to this property, the best of which are it's excellent location (as advertised within a mile of Disneyland), an oasis of a backyard, and comfortable accommodations. Our family of 3 stayed for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed being able to go to Disney for 5-6 hours, come to the home, recharge and refuel, and head back. Pictures of the home are accurate. Backyard BBQ, palapa, and hot tub were a great retreat at the end of long days. I would highly recommend this property to any family wanting a more relaxed and homey accommodation than the resorts.

  The property was well equipped with plenty of bed and furniture to accommodate our large family. The backyard suited us well for a gathering too! Wifi was weak and difficult to use, but we didn't spend much time on the computer, so it wasn't a big deal. The outdoor bbq, fire place/fountain, and tiki bar were very fun to use. Thank you! The property was perfect for us, and the fireworks in front of the full moon in the cul de sac were a perfect punctuation to a great day!

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, pet owners, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

  The house was in a great location and provided a nice assortment of toys to keep the kids entertained. The jacuzzi was nice to have as we'll as the comfortable backyard. The rain shower was very nice. The only reason we dis not give a 5 was the appliances could use some replacement. The blender did not work too good, the oven did not heat up to a high temp and the barbecue grill did not cook on high. Instructions for starting the dishwasher would be helpful. Overall, my family had a great time at this fun family house.

  We stayed here three nights, Sharlene was extremely helpful. The location was just a couple miles from DLand- it was nice to get away to this home on a quiet street. Plenty of beds, pretty backyard to enjoy, and beautiful new bathroom! We had a wonderful time.

  We stayed here with 3 couples for our Best Friends Birthday celebration from Las Vegas. We felt so comfortable and right at home. The house is very "cozy" and has room for the men and women to socialize separtely or together. The outdoor patio and back yard is so big and fun. There is a place for everyone to relax. We also enjoyed the nearby restaurants and the Downtown Disney area. We definitely recommend. 5 STAR

  The good: House was spacious and had a good location. Back yard was fenced and my small dogs loved to run. House was clean. Accurate description of property. the bad: internet did not work and we had to call the repair people ourselves to get fixed. Whole cable and internet setup looked like someone cut corners. Large TV never worked on cable, but we only used for DVD's anyhow. One bathroom had a sticky valve and when the sprinkler ran or any water the pipes were very noisy. Back grill did not have electronic ignition, we had to buy a lighter. Bar stereo did not work. Hot tub was dirty and was left open. This was taken care of the second day, but we did not use. all three garbage cans were filled with garbage including the yard waste bin. Had to remove garbage ourselves from yard bin and put in garbage bin after garbage man left a note, so nowhere to put any extra garbage. After all this they did not give us a full refund on our deposit and would not return a request as to why?? We left the place better than it was when we came there???! they should have given us a full refund and part of our rent back.

  The house was nice, but the service from the owner/rental agency was the worse I have ever received from a VRBO home. All members of our family are internet geeks but none of us enjoyed internet during our stay because it was not working. We notified the owner the day we arrived about this but did not hear back until Sunday, which is the day before we left and they could not do anything since it was Sunday. Also, the Jacuzzi was filthy. The family was looking forward to using the Jacuzzi but no one would get in the water because it had not been cleaned. If the internet and Jacuzzi was not part of the package it would not have been an issue. Don't advertise it if it isn't working!! In addition, there were various things in the home that were not clean which makes their cleaning service questionable. If the agency/owner would have responded in a timely manner it might reflect on my rating. But given their lack of interest to make sure our stay was enjoyable and for the amount of money we paid, I give it no more than a 2. If the house wasn't as nice I would only give it a 1 star rating. Very disappointing. READ THE REVIEWS!! I wished I would have paid better attention to them before I rented.

  Owner response: May 2013: Thank you for your feedback. I have been working with this home since February 2013 and we have made quite a few improvements in a short period of time. I'm sorry you had a poor experience. I have been available to all of the guests and when they have an issue we strive to take care of any problems right away. The jacuzzi has a new cover and new service company so it is sparkling clean and ready to enjoy. The internet has had been corrected with a new cable and functions great, the bar stereo has been replaced and all of the televisions work with the cable.

  Our stay at this property was overall excellent! When we first arrived, there was fresh flowers waiting for us from the owner and everything was clean. The backyard is wonderful, complete with a nice bar, a very high tech fireplace, and my children enjoyed the playset very much. The hottub was great for both the adults and the kids, taking up much of our time just relaxing. Everything in the house from the kitchen to the living room was equipped with everything we needed for our Thanksgiving meal and we didn't have a problem finding anything. Not only was the house fantastic, but it is only a few blocks away from Disneyland which was convenient and perfect for our long stays at the park. When we decide to return to Anaheim for a second visit, this will definatly be our first choice.

  We had a wonderful stay at this house, it was everything we thought it would be. With an extended family of 12 everyone had plenty of room to relax after a long day at Disneyland. The backyard was perfect for the kids to play, the built-in bbq and bar was great for the adults and with TV's almost everywhere no one missed their favorite TV programs at night. The kitchen was well furnished and plenty of linens and towels. It was very close to shopping and even closer to Disneyland. A perfect place to stay for a family vacation. Our family would definately stay here again!

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
