We've stayed in Capitola each summer for the past 3 years. We stayed in this condo last summer and it was great. The bedrooms are downstairs and the living areas are upstairs which makes in nice if someone wants to go to bed/get up early. The location is great as it is outside the noise but a quick walk to everything. The unit had everything we needed and we had a blast. Parking was easy which is a huge plus. There was a little misunderstanding regarding the reservation but the owner was great and accomodating.
