This beautiful light-filled condominium is on the X-country ski/bike trail, about as close to Baldy as you can get and just a few blocks to downtown Ketchum . Easy access to hiking trails and the Big Wood River. The deluxe, three-bedroom home is a single-level, top floor residence which allows you to enjoy wonderful Bald Mountain and south-facing views from the day rooms, master bedroom and deck. Set away from the street, the unit is very quiet & private. The condo offers extensive amenities--including workout room & hot tub--which will make for a memorable stay. In addition, Ketchum's new YMCA offers awesome facilities at very low cost.

The condo features radiant floors in Winter and air-conditioning in Summer. Its ample, sunny deck is equipped with a gas-barbecue and outdoor furniture for you to enjoy meals outside in the sunshine or under the stars. And it’s a great perch to watch the paragliders soar overhead! Wireless high speed Internet access as well as flat panel TVs, a BlueRay player w/WiFi access to Pandora & Netflix and a library of DVDs will entertain you when at home. Kitchen newly renovated with easy-to-clean granite countertops and undermounted sink. Covered parking is also provided.
For larger parties this unit can be combined with an identical adjacent unit at similar cost. This would be great for extendend families or groups of friends.
The condominium offers all these comforts in a great location. It’s immediately next to the 48 mile long area-wide bike/x-country ski path, a quick walk to the River Run lifts, a block from the Big Wood River, five short blocks from six movie screens and about six blocks from the center of Ketchum with its wonderful array of restaurants, galleries and shops.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
· Master bedroom has queen-sized bed, a flat-panel TV, full bath en suite with shower, Jacuzzi tub and extensive closet space. Provides direct access to sunny deck. Located on the view end of the unit and is air-conditioned.
· Large second bedroom has two twins or can be made up as a king, with TV/DVD. Uses full bath in the hall.
· Third bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed—the lower of which is a double sized futon—and a desk.
LIVING ROOM has a sitting area oriented around a gas fireplace and includes a wall mounted 42-inch HDTV/BlueRay DVD w/ WiFi access to Pandora & NetFlix. There is also a stereo CD player & self-powered speakers for iPods, etc. This room has air-conditioning in season.
KITCHEN is a full-sized, u-shape that is bright, fresh and totally equipped for the avid-chef. It includes granite countertops, quality cookware, gas profile range & convection oven, a central preparation station, coffee maker & Espresso maker, food processor and blender. There is a microwave, dishwasher and an automatic icemaker. A gas barbecue is on the deck. The DINING ensemble is adjacent to the kitchen and living room and will seat up to eight people.
SOUTH-FACING DECK has full-sized Weber Barbecue, cafe table that accommodates up to 5 with a 9 ft diameter umbrella. Outdoor metal chairs can seat up to .4

Why the Owner Chose Ketchum
Put your car away and enjoy this in-town location: on the bike/x-country path and about four minutes walking to the River Run lift plaza. In summer I often go over to River Run, hike up the mountain, take the lift back down, go back home for a soak in the hot tub and walk into the center of Ketchum for lunch or dinner. It's just so easy to get everywhere from here.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Very close to River Run & Baldy, this place is quiet, south-facing and private with great views of the mountain, yet it's close to everything. We've got a great community hot tub which the whole family can use (seats up to 12) and our fitness center is spacious & well equipped. Plus we've got great covered parking and an elevator up to our floor if you should care to use it...and let's not forget the new River Run gondola!

Paved bike trail runs a total of nearly 45 miles and includes a complete loop through Ketchum, Sun Valley & Elkhorn as well a connecting us with Hailey & Bellevue.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the unit. The owner had clearly thought of every detail to make an occupant feel welcome and to make the stay easy including extra towels, toiletries, spices, every imaginable kitchen utensil, nice appliances, dvd's, cd's, etc. and his pride in ownership of the unit was apparent in the immaculate condition of the unit. The unit was extremely well located, with covered parking, a fire place, flat screen tvs, etc., and the owner was a considerable resource in terms of information for the town amenities, restaurants, etc. I would absolutely recommend staying at his unit!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Thanks, Bruce. We had a wonderful 5 nights in your beautiful condo. This was perfect for two couples. We walked to the mountain base and the Ketchum restaurants. It was a bonus to have a washer/dryer in the condo. The kitchen was perfectly appointed, and met all our needs. We'll be back for sure! Mary

What a fantastic time we had at this amazing condo in Ketchum. I researched dozens of Ketchum rentals and this condo by far has the best location and the best price and it is beautiful. It is a top floor unit in a beautiful complex and the location is awesome - close to downtown and close to the ski area. We walked every night to downtown restaurants (only 5 blocks away). There is a maintained cross country ski trail that goes on for miles right outside your door! The condo is very upscale, clean and inviting and has all the amenities. This unit also provides a great underground parking spot right next to the elevator or stairs. My favorite area of the condo was the living room. It is super cozy with a gas fireplace, a comfy couch and a large TV. The owner, Bruce, was awesome to work with! He even left a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. He knows the area well and can point you to some great restaurants and night life. Now the best part of Ketchum is the Sun Valley Ski Resort. All I can say is WOW! Being a Cali skier, I have never experienced such luxury in a ski lodge! And the views on top of Bald Mountain are breathtaking - the Sawtooth Mountains are amazing! Oh and the skiing was terrific! I cannot say enough about this condo, Bruce, or the Sun Valley area. We cannot wait to go back!

We had a great time staying at this beautiful and comfortable condo in Ketchum for 10 days this summer. It is very well located walking distance to everything in Ketchum from hiking to dining and movies. It is a great way to experience Sun Valley.

Sunny and sun-lit home/condo, stellar location mere blocks from the slopes and downtown Ketchum, thoughtfully stocked "Top Chef" kitchen, and even a Monopoly! board for the kid in all of us ... and so much more. We stayed from Feb 14-20 this year and sincerely hope to return again. This truly felt like a home-away-from-home. It is rare to find such a gem that lives up to all its promises. Three very pleased thumbs up.

We stayed in this condo in August 2008 and found it perfect. The location was wonderful...views of Baldy, steps from the bikepath and a few hundred yards from Baldy's base and close to town. We walked or rode bikes to dinner every night. The condo had every accommodation. We loved the hottub, using it daily after hiking or biking. We would highly recommend this condo and hope to visit it again soon.

Our family stayed here the week of January 6, 2008. We had a great time here and can recommend this unit. The amenities are as stated and shown on the site. The location is ideal -- very close to town activities / restaurants and really close to the River Run lodge. We had a car but you really do not need one here for skiing or dining. The unit is nice and bright during the day & has really fast internet access. The owner's CD collection is eclectic and very interesting. We cooked several meals here & we really appreciated the completeness of the kitchen tools and equipment provided.

Six women stayed for a week and had a wonderful time! This is a fantastic place, close to the lift and town. I would highly recommend it to anyone. The condo has all of the ammenities and was very clean. I hope to return.

Three friends and I stayed at this condo in October and we want to tell everyone just how much we enjoyed it. The condo is beautifully and thoughtfully furnished. We loved the colors, especially the warm and cheerful sunshine yellow of the main rooms. The location is ideal: close enough to town to walk yet quiet and private. Our group goes to Sun Valley every fall for a get-together, and we voted unanimously that this is the best place we've stayed. We hope to go back again and again. The owners will be hearing from us!
