Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$100/night .. $2000/month (any 30 day period)
A 50% deposit is due within one week of making the reservation to hold the dates.
A cleaning fee of $75 (non-refundable) & Accmdtn Tax 11.75% are required.
A fully refundable damage deposit of $150. is required. Returned if no damage.
Final payment is due 30 days prior to check-in.
Upon receipt of full payment a confirmation will sent with a map and instructions.
