Affordable Ocean Front Condo. It’s true. This beach view is what you’re coming to Southeast Florida for, so enjoy it and have something left for gas and groceries! You can see the water from almost everywhere in this fully-furnished spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath unit, with large balcony.
From the front bedroom, you’ll get a glimpse of the gorgeous Intracoastal waterway and its luxury homes, but seeing the water hit the sand from the master bedroom or the living room couch is truly breathtaking.
Listening to the waves roll in will relax you so much that you won’t want to leave, but if you prefer, down six floors is our secluded beach and crystal-clear pool. Not to mention community rooms with exercise equipment, library, ping pong and pool table.
While our neighborhood is quiet and lushly adorned with beautiful landscaping, you can enjoy shopping, eating or just strolling on Atlantic Ave in Delray Beach with only a short drive to the north.
Boca Raton’s famous Gumbo Limbo Environmental Complex is about the same distance of 3 miles to the south on A1A South Ocean Blvd. Boca Raton’s and Delray Beach’s mainland are not much further and also offer many cultural, dining and entertainment venues.
