The house is very peaceful and private, situated in the desirable 'hedgerow' area, and sits nestled next to a creek at the end of a small private lane.
The master suite is upstairs overlooking oak trees and a creek. The other three bedrooms are downstairs in their own wing. Large new flat screen TV with a huge library of DVDs, as well as a large CD collection. Outdoor BBQ and table outside under the oak trees next to the creek.
A boys dream! On the property is a skateboard half pipe. Beautiful, private and peaceful.
