Paul/Barb We had the best time during our visit to Kauai. Your condo is absolutely beautiful. Both Cindy and I just could not get over how clean and well stocked it was in every respect. We had quite a bit of rain while we were there but the temp.'s were still in the 80's and that didn't bother us at all. We were cancelled twice for our helicopter tour but when we finally did get in the air (which was the day before we left and our last chance....) it was the most fantastic thing and the highlight of our trip. As you can imagine, every waterfall was flowing full force and it made for a wonderful trip. Again, the cleanliness of the unit, the fact that it was decorated to a "T", and the fact that every possible consideration obviously went into making sure it was stocked with every imaginable necessity made sure the vacation went without a hitch. It was really nice getting to know you on a personal level also. You made the transaction simple and painless and I don't believe we could have asked for better rental experience. We are already talking about our next visit to the island and will definitely make sure to contact you about the availability of the condo. Wow! This is the greatest place to stay. I will never stay anywhere else while in Kauai. Paul and Barb are amazing to work with and are so accommodating. They have thought of everything. I tried hard to think of what would make a stay there better and I honestly couldn't think of one thing. I love being on the Princeville part of the island and Nihalani is my favorite place in Princeville--so quiet, clean, relaxing, and peaceful. We loved riding the bikes they provide all around Princeville. They provide sumptuous beach towels, great snorkel gear, boogie boards and beach toys. Having a washer and dryer in the condo is so great. The pool is clean and inviting. We were the only ones there the majority of the time--day or evening. I am a clean freak and this place is clean to a perfection--not any nasty carpet stains, spider webs, smudgy fingerprints, etc.. I never saw one bug in the condo the whole time we were there--not even an ant. What a great place to come home to after a wonderful hike or day at the beach. I've been to Hawaii many times and this is by far my favorite place to stay.

We felt at home as soon as we walked in this beautiful condo. I loved the furnishings, and the layout of the unit was perfect. Great location for myself and 2 grown daughters. All we needed was groceries, every thing else was included. Close to amenities and beaches. Saw Pierce Brosnan the first night out! We enjoyed every minute of our 2 week stay and would love to return anytime.

Our vacation in Kauai was fantastic and one of the reasons was your cozy, beautiful condo! We so appreciated having accommodations that included everything from a fully-equipped kitchen to bikes, snorkeling gear, and beach towels - you thought of everything. We also loved the location and the quietness of the development. We will be back again soon!

Gorgeous, comfortable home away from home!

My husband and I recently stayed 5 nights at this beautiful home in the Princeville area. We were delighted the place offered all that was listed in the description. We can attest this place is as gorgeous as depicted in the photos. This was the best equipped home we have rented in Princeville --- from all the kitchen gadgets you'd need to make a great meal at home...to beach chairs, towels, an umbrella and cooler to make for a perfect day at the beach! The master bed is very comfortable; the house is nicely furnished and decorated (not the cheap rattan stuff); and the full-size washer and dryer are a blessing in dealing with beach towels and bathing suits on a daily basis! This place really does offer all the comforts of home including high-speed internet access and phone service that allows you to call anywhere in the U.S. for free. The owner was very accommodating in working with us on our special needs. He was truly a pleasure to rent from. I would highly recommend this home and plan to rent again when we return to Kauai! Thank you Barb and Paul for sharing such a magnificient retreat with us!!! We will return!

This is by far the best place our family has stayed at in Kauai. The condo was clean and spacious. The pool was great. We loved the place! Paul and Barb have paid close attention to all the details a guest will need in their home. We will be back next year!

Luxury in Paradise

Our family of 4 loved our stay in this luxurious, well-appointed and spacious condo in Princeville paradise. What I love about this place is that it felt and looked like home. Everything worked! The beds are very comfortable, the bedrrooms are spacious with a huge walk in closet at the master bedroom and the kitchen was well stocked with the functional utensils, pots and pans plus a complete spice rack (made for more delicious homecooking). All the appliances worked and were top notch. One rare find was the attached 2-car garage complete with beach accessories and even 2 bikes. The laundry room was another plus with a sink, lots of storage and full sized washer and dryer. The owner, Paul, was accommodating, pleasant, and even called on our day of arrival to make sure everything was okay. We will definitely stay here again next time and would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone who wants to experience luxury in paradise.

My husband and I have rented many condo's over the years and this one has to be one of the best. Very nicely decorated, well stocked and very clean. Great location for walks, beaches, stores etc.. We are currently looking at purchasing in Hawaii and noted all the right things this condo has to offer.

This condo is the perfect vacation rental! We were so happy to find out that it was even more beautiful in real life than it is in the photos. It's beautifully decorated, quiet, spacious and comfortable (amazing mattresses and comfy couches!). The owners have paid special attention to all the little details that help make for a super beach vacation...towels, snorkeling equipment, umbrellas, chairs, bicycles (huge plus), coolers, and even tupperware (mmm, fresh fruit salads for the beach)! We had an amazing stay here and look forward to coming back soon!

Outstanding Nihilani Vacation Property!

It is not often that anticipation of the dream vacation is matched by the reality but, in the case of this very special condo, the reality far exceeded any expectation that we had. This two bedroom condo is ideally located in Princeville admist some of the most stunning vistas that the island of Kuaui has to offer. The condo itself is equipped with everything one could want or need. From the high end appliances and gorgeous decor to the numerous amenities, this unit provides a relaxing yet intimate retreat. The unit is equipped with a wide range of activity equipment from bicycles, to snorkel gear to boogie boards! What truly separates this vacation home from all others are the numerous thoughtful touches that makes one feel special and appreciated. There are written diaries left by fellow travellers providing helpful hints in terms of shopping, sight seeing and activities. Guide books, maps and brochures are provided for reference and the condo is well stocked with magazines and books for pleasure reading on the beach or with your early morning coffee on the lanai. If you are looking for a truly special get away in a place that caters to your every wish, look no further. Our only regret is that we did not stay long enough but we are already making plans to return!
