This large one-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Broadway's Theatre District. It's the perfect location for tourists visiting Manhattan. Walk to theatres, Times Square, Rockefeller Center and Central Park. What a great way to end the day by unwinding on the plush sofa or relaxing in the separate bedroom.
The apartment is located on the fifth-floor (sorry, no elevator, but worth the four flights) of a 19th-Century building with ten-foot ceilings. It is safe, convenient, and the neighborhood has everything to offer: Restaurant Row, major TV Studios, nightclubs, boutiques and supermarkets.
The living room is beautifully appointed with a plush green sleeper sofa that sleeps two (very comfy), an over-size chair with ottoman set among a lovely slate fireplace with custom-made cherrywood furniture. The living room also has a flat-screen plasma television with digital cable, movies-on-demand, and stereo.
The eat-in kitchen is large and modern with all new appliances, granite countertops and a glass kitchen table that seats four. The bathroom has a large tub with adjustable showerhead.
The bedroom contains a double-size bed and cherrywood dressing table with lighted makeup mirror and hair dryer. The bedroom has its own TV with digital cable, movies-on-demand and VCR.
