Three bedrooms, two baths will comfortable sleep up to ten. You will have views of Mission Bay and the lights of San Diego. The Mission Bay boardwalk will take you to the Pacific Ocean.
Everything included - 42" LCD TV, WiFi, DVD player in living room, balcony, a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with 36 inch LCD TV, second bedroom has a queen size bed with 32 inch LCD TV, and the third bedroom has a bunkbed and a trundle bed. The third bedroom will sleep 4 children. Two car garage with ample guest and street parking.
Close to Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Board Walk, Gaslight District and the beach (you can walk across the street).
You will also be able to visit La Jolla, Little Italy, Old Town, San Diego Harbor, Mexico, and Sea Port Village. Golf, bicycling the strand, surfboarding, and skate rentals are available at Belmont Park. "The Coaster" and "The Plunge" roller coasters are also available along with an indoor swimming pool at Belmont Park.

Frank & Hildy out to dinner staying at a VRBO vacation rental. We loved the idea so much we bought a condo in San Diego. We spend as much time in San Diego as we can with our dog. The weather is always good, great food and sights. Numerous golf courses that are very affordable. A perfect place to relax.

We have rented places during July for quite a few years in the Mission Beach/Pacific Beach area and this is one of the nicest we have stayed in. The place is stocked with so many extras. From Bikes to Boogie Boards to tons of dishes and cookware. We have three kids and the size of the place made it great to seperate the kids when needed :). The view from the living room and balcony are awesome and the neighbors were all so friendly. There are tons of great places to ride a bike or walk to - we found Rocky's to be a great place for burgers (no kids allowed inside - but you can get food to go) and Big Kahunas two doors down from Rocky's was great as well. The owners were very accomodating to our schedule which put this place over the top. If you are looking for a clean nice place with a great location I highly recommend staying here.

The quieter, more relaxing part of San Diego beaches seems to be Crown Point, where this beautiful condo is located. It is a few feet from the San Diego Bay and a quick bike ride to the beaches. The place is decorated with great taste; leather couches, dark wooden furniture and a completely remodeled kitchen. I had an amazing time staying at the Sequoia condo and hope to return very soon. : ) Thank you very much to the wonderful owners.

I highly recommend this condo (very clean). The location is great for all types of get aways. We happen to be traveling with our nephew's (adult age) that live in Portugal , so the condo worked out well. It was close to Trader Joe's so we really saved on food. We walked many places and it was cool seeing the fireworks from Sea World. My husband and I would love to stay there on a romantic get away. The parking was great. Across the street is a park, which inspired us to get up and walk daily. We also have two kids that enjoyed our time there and they keep asking, when can we stay there agian? ! Thanks so much

Our family of six was very comfortable at this condo. The neighborhood and complex were very quiet and welcoming. We rented bikes during our weeklong stay and took advantage of riding along the path which was right across the street to the beach daily. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay at this location again. The full kitchen and laundry facilities definitely made our trip easier and more cost efficient.

I had the pleasure of staying at this condo with my family for a week in June. The first thing I noticed is the massive window overlooking the bay, what a gorgeous view! The dark hardwood floors and high ceilings gave a very modern upscale feel. All of the furniture and appliances appeared to be brand new, and the art on the walls was beautiful. We enjoyed the Mission Bay Park across the street, perfect for picnics, and family volleyball games. The Crown Point neighborhood was charming and much more quiet than the beach house we stayed at last year. My family and I were very pleased with our selection and we look forward to staying at the condo again for years to come! 5 out of 5 stars!

I looked for a place to rent near Mission Bay, in San Diego. I found this charming condo. We celebrated July 4th, 2009 at the condo. We had the privilege of viewing fireworks from Sea World. Everything is well kept, clean, and decorated very nicely. A very convenient location to all the major attractions in San Diego. My initial contact with the property manager was very pleasant. I was able to make all arrangements either by phone or email. I would highly recommend this condo to our family and friends. Thank you for a wonderful, restful, vacation.
