We arrived late Wednesday night; the home was spotless and as described in the pictures and literature. Very close to Disney, we were able to go to the parks, come back, swim, eat, and return to the parks for the late afternoon/evening. On the days we weren’t at Disney, we were able to watch the fireworks from the hot tub and pool. Everything worked fine, the kitchen was very well equipped (including a new fridge and stove), we used the barbeque for lunch, and dinner and it worked very well. The kids loved the games room, and although the house had a nice flat screen TV in the living room, we never watched it – when we were at the house we were in the pool or in bed. The beds were very comfortable, and the ceiling fan in the master bedroom kept things cool when we didn’t need the A/C. The pool and hot tub area was awesome! The pool heat was very warm (we had a couple of cool days/evenings). We ate most of our meals outside because it was so nice. The Grocery store was close by and so were dining options. Unfortunately, by the time we left we were just starting to get the hang of where everything was. Everything you could need was within 5 – 10 minutes from the house. My wife walked down to the pond every morning to watch the turtles, which seemed to take a liking to her, as they would follow her as she walked along the shore. Overall, we had an incredible experience for our first time to Florida, and the home was the perfect home-base to use during our stay. Thank you very much Bill and Marlene, we really enjoyed our time at your home and are already starting to plan for our next trip to Florida and would love to stay at your home again. Winter Family Vacation

We had a great time. The house was pretty clean and what we expected. Our fridge did not work so we had no fridge for a few days and nothing was done until I contacted the owner directly. The owner was very helpful but the management company wasn't very good at all and took a long time to get back to us or didn't get back to us at all. Most of the drains didn't plug and tub drains were very slow (likely just full of hair). Only to two small burners on the stove worked so cooking was difficult. All the place needed was general maintenance which seemed to be neglected. We did have a nice time and enjoyed our vacation.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

It was a newer fridge and we tried to get warranty coverage but we were just outside the warranty period. Sorry it took as long as it did to resolve the issue. Wonderful Get Away from Winter

This property was wonderful! The house has a great flow and open concept and is decorated beautifully. I has everything you need and more. The location is just a short drive to all the disney parks, grocery stores, coffee shops but still gives you a quiet area where orange groves are just a block away. You can sit by the covered pool area at night and watch the Magic Kingdoms fireworks :-) Bill and Marlene were wonderful to work with and so very helpful and understanding. Thank you for everything!

The house had everything we were looking for. Close to Disney attractions, privacy (with no neighbours behind), heated pool, hot tub, games room, open concept kitchen, living room and enough bedrooms for everyone. The house was tastefully decorated and comfortable. Loft room was a big hit with our teenage son. Laundry facilities and dishwasher made housework minimal during our stay. Games room kept the kids off the TV (most of the time) and the pool and hot tub were perfect after a day at the Disney parks. We found Ponderosa a great family restaurant for an affordable price, but were disappointed with the closest Golden Corral restaurant. Making supper at the house was problem free with the many cooking supplies and barbeque. Entire process was problem free for us. We would recommend this home to anyone travelling to central Florida.

We stayed at this home from Dec. 30 to Jan. 13. It was a bit of a family reunion, with my in-laws from Brazil joining my wife and our new baby boy (their first time meeting him, so it was a great time for all of us to get together). The home was a perfect choice for us, allowing the three couples to each have their own bathroom, and one bedroom actually going unused except for storing suitcases and some of our many purchases. We really appreciated being able to make our own meals and do laundry as we needed (all the more important with an infant). The house had pretty much everything we needed and was very well situated to Publix, Target and Wal-Mart (we were no strangers to any of them). We all took advantage of the pool on a couple of days, when not careening around various theme parks or exhausting ourselves shopping at outlet malls. Bill and Marlene have provided a comfortable and convenient home that we'd love to visit again, likely when our son is old enough to actually enjoy the parks. This was our first stay at a vacation home and we enjoyed our stay in the house. We came for vacation and family reunion. It was more than what I expected. The kids loved the pool and I loved the fact that I can sit at the kitchen table and watch them in the pool. We also got to see the hot air balloons in the morning, which was wonderful. We look forward to coming back in the future. We didn't have any problems. The house was prefect for us.

Relaxing and peaceful place to stay!

We had a wonderful time with our family in this vacation home - we thought going to the house beats going to an all inclusive resort! Watching the fireworks from the pool at night and the amazing surprise of seeing hot air balloons floating over the house on Saturday morning was great! This home is well laid out and provides all amenities needed to enjoy your home away from home. Grocery stores and shopping are close by but away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip in Orlando. The green belt behind the house was beautiful, peaceful and private. The neighbourhood was beautiful and we felt safe and secure as it was frequently patrolled. Bill and Marlene provided us great service and we are so glad that they opened their home up to share with others to experience a wonderful vacation. Kids loved the pool and the games room. The only thing we wished we would have done was booked more vacation time off to enjoy at the house! Would certainly return to this home again!

Dear Bill and Marlene, Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautifull home. Your home was cozy and comfortable and entertained all. We were close to all the destinations we wanted to go to. The fireworks that we watched from the hot tub were truly spectacular. Of all the things we did, sea world, disney etc. the kids comments were, "when can we just have a day at the house???" Most Impressive Vacation Home

We stayed for a full week in this house and were compelled to leave this beautiful abode on only several occasions all week. This home is beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious. We (7 adults & 3 kids)really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and felt right at home. Russ at the management office was always on call and unbelievably helpful. We all had such a wonderful experience that we see no need to stay anywhere else on our next stay!!

Our family of 5 comes to the Orlando area every Thanksgiving. This is our third time staying in vacation villas, and this home was our favorite of all. There were great attention to detail in how Bill & Marlene have furnished this home. We especially liked the separate Hot Tub. The proximity of this property to everything is great. We were able to enjoy the Disney fireworks as well. This property is a tremendous value and will not disappoint. This property will be at the top of our list in years to come.

Just returned from our second annual stay at this beautiful home! Again everything is as it says but better! We even had a full Thanksgiving supper and dined in the elegant dining room. My husband and I stayed at this villa for two weeks this July with our three teenagers. This is a truly fabulous vacation villa with absolutely everything you need for a vacation in Orlando and more... We have been renting villas in the Orlando area for 10 years and I'd put this top of the list in terms of location, facilities, interior decor and overall luxury and great value for money. This one is top of my list to check for availability on my next trip to Orlando! The owners are great to deal with and the local management company are very quick to respond to any query. Your home is very nicely decorated -- comfortable furniture & beautiful bedroom pieces as well -- we had a wonderful time & thoroughly enjoyed coming home at the end of some long days to relax and unwind. And the pool heat was a blessing -- we had a few days where the wind picked up and the temps got quite cool, but we were still able to enjoy the pool and patio.

This home was absolutely gorgeous! Had everything we needed and more. Very close to all attractions including Disney, Sea World and Universal as well as restaurants, groceries and shopping. We just stayed at the house Mar13-21/09. Fantastic!!! 12 people in the house we all had lots of room! We enjoyed every aspect of it...loved the pool and the privacy! the neighbours were nice too! Thanks...maybe we'll be renting it again!

We rented this beautiful home for a week in October and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. We will certainly rent this home again for our next trip to Florida. It's location was perfect for all our sight seeing needs.
