The property consists of a gorgeous house with separate one bedroom Casita within the Ventana Bay Resort.Beach access for all water sports like kite surfing, wind surfing, kayaking or fishing.
The environmentally friendly main house with concrete floors consists of a one bedroom, bathroom and a full kitchen. The kitchen has an open floor layout with a bar counter top and double sliding doors opening to the palapa covered deck. The generously sized bathroom with a walk in shower is located in a round stone tower.
The Casita is a separate unit which consists of an additional one bedroom, open shelf storage space and a full bathroom, plus a shaded sitting area.
All beds are queen size with clean down standard weight comforter and 100% organic cotton sheets and towels.
The property is solar powered and the gray water is used for gardening. The House is surrounded by native vegetation consisting of various cactus, elephant trees, palo verde trees among other plant species. Desert and migratory birds can be observed around the house.

We did build this fantastic gorgeous new home near El Sargento for us, to be able to escape the hectic city life and the stressful jobs. This secluded place gives us the quiet out time we need. Just don't forget to bring a good book. You will be lying in the hammock and enjoy the serenity of the place.
