The highly anticipated ski-in/ski-out Silver Star project at Park City Mountain Resort is now complete and beautiful! Silver Star embraced Park City's mining history by reclaiming the actual mining buildings into the project. This was particularly appealing to the Sundance Institute, which now calls Silver Star their home.
With its own ski lift and state-of-the-art finishes, Silver Star has set a new standard for convenience and comfort in Park City living. Enjoy the charming rustic exterior and mountain luxury interior after a fabulous day of skiing at PCMR from Silver Star's ski lift & runs. Because there is no lift line, capture the first tracks of the morning, then relish a non-crowded last run of the day. Whether it's a winter or summer activity, relax in the outdoor pool and hot tub or enjoy the exercise room.
Our very comfortable 2 bedroom (w/king beds), 2.5 bath, 1550 sf, one-level, "great room" floor plan unit is located in the Spiro building, which is the prime location within Silver Star. It is only steps from the ski lift and ticket booth; gives commanding views of Park City Golf Course; located on the ground level is the secure/heated parking garage as well as a large ski locker/storage room; just outside the building is the city bus stop to take you all over Park City, including Deer Valley and The Canyons resorts; and a short walk away is the Spiro Trail for great hiking/biking. It will be hard to choose between skiing, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter, and golfing, hiking and biking in the summer!
Directly off the dining area is a balcony with private hot tub, large gas bbq and sitting area. This is where the great golf course and mountain views can be enjoyed. A few other extras include a jetted jacuzzi tub in the master bath, cozy gas fireplace in the living area, washer/dryer in the pantry off the kitchen, superior electronics, wifi, flat screen TVs, air conditioning, and the unit sleeps 4-6 people.
