If you appreciate customer service then you will be more than delighted to rent this beautiful slope side condo. The accommodations were not only beautiful but so cozy and comfortable as well. The kitchen was stocked with the best appliance and everything you might need to cook a nice dinner that I actually wanted to cook and stay in for the night (this is VERY unlike me!). The condo was plenty spacious enough for our family of 7. The is plenty of storage to put your clothes away and then to store your bags and ski's in other closets outside the living space. The bedding was so comfortable that I asked the owner for the name and manufacturer so that I could purchase the same mattress for our bed at home. The Hovey family went ABOVE and beyond to make sure the we enjoyed our stay! Before arriving Lisa was so gracious to provide informative answers to my many questions and offered great recommendations for the perfect vacation experience. My entire family agrees that they want to stay here again next year.

Just after making the reservation the owner sent me a huge package of materials all about the area. I felt like I got two for the price of one -- a condo plus a travel agent! The condo is immaculate and very well-maintained. Private hot tub a dream. We have stayed in lots of places and this one is at the top of our list. The location is perfect, whether you are skiing Park City, Deer Valley or Canyons. The shuttle staff is so kind and even helped me line up private art lessons for the non-skiers.

I cannot give high enough praise for this beautifully appointed condo and it's owner, Lisa. We have stayed at several ski in / ski out places and this is by far the nicest!! (So nice, in fact I'm thankful they are gracious enough to rent it!!!) Upon arrival, we were personally greeted by Lisa and shown the gorgeous accommodations. It has a very large master bedroom and huge bathroom (shower has 2 shower heads!!) and closet. The second bedroom is a gracious size with a nice tub/shower in the bathroom. The kitchen is outfitted with wonderful Viking appliances and anything you could possibly need. It was the first place we've stayed that had a washer/dryer and it was so helpful to wash our ski clothes in between uses so we didn't have to pack so many clothes. I got lazy one day and sent our crew skiing without me and had a blast shopping in downtown with the shuttle taking me and picking me up promptly when I called. My husband and I commented that we haven't slept so well in ages...skiing is exhausting but the beds are awesomely comfy. The hot tub was so fun to soak in after a full day on the slopes. You MUST rent this place (but not too often b/c I want to go back soon!)

AMAZING! This was our second time staying at this Silver Star condo. Not only is this condo immaculate and perfectly appointed but it's location is fantastic too! The convenience of Silver Star couldn't be better with all it has to offer. For us, ski-in ski-out is a must-have because of the convenience of skiing back after a long day right to your condo so you can put on some comfortable clothes and sit by the fire or get in the hot tub! Having the Silver Star Shuttle at your service makes getting to town or other ski areas around the area like Deer Valley painless. No need to rent a car here! Most importantly, Lisa and Rick are the most well organized, gracious, welcoming hosts you could ask for. From the time we booked our trip until our arrival, Lisa stayed in touch with us and provided us with very helpful information to make our vacation planning easy. Upon arrival, Lisa personally met us at the condo, showed us around and answered all of our questions. After staying at Lisa and Rick's condo for the second time, it is clear that this is our favorite ski destination and we can't wait to go back. This place feels like home to us!! Thank you Lisa and Rick!!

Outstanding Accommodations-Incredible Owners-Easy ski on/ski off!

Besides being absolutely gorgeous and ever so tastefully decorated, this unit had two large bedrooms that could both qualify as master suites. If you are traveling with another couple you won't have to "flip" for the better bedroom....they are both roomy, with comfy kings and huge adjoining bathrooms. The living and dining areas are equally spacious and both front a huge 6+ foot gas fire place. Lisa also stocks the basics like paper towels, laundry soap, bath soaps, cotton balls, toilet tissue, tin foil, baggies, coffee filter, and spices. That saves a surprising amount of money. Her kitchen is better outfitted than my own! The ski lift next to the condo takes you to an intermediate slope, so we used the shuttle the first day to take us to the main lodge, until we had our "ski legs". It was also handy and quick if we ended up too far away at the end of the day to make it back to our lift. We could go on and on about the condo, the skiing and the town, but what really made this vacation so great was the owner, Lisa. Having not been to Utah in almost 35 years, we didn't have a clue about where to ski, how to get there from the airport, where to rent equipment etc. She was always prompt answering our questions and her packets of information were most beneficial. She is the most congenial, personal and professional owner we have ever dealt with and look forward to renting from her again when we return to Park City. There are not enough stars to do this renting justice. It was an incredible week!

New Years Blast at Silver Star

We loved staying here in March, so we were lucky to book new years and have another fantastic vacation! All the beds were very comfortable and every bedroom has its own full bathroom. The convenience of the lift and the superb service of the Silver Star transportation folks were unbelievable and will take your to both Deer Valley and the Canyons. Condo has many "extras" large dining table and the very well appointed kitchen that opens into a very comfortable great room with welcoming stone fireplace, hot tub with beautiful views and close to everything in Park City. Our two teenage boys agreed that this is by far the nicest ski accommodations waking up 45min. before the lifts open. Ski conditions were very good given the limited snowfall. Also remember to try snowmobiles at Thousand Peake's.

What a wonderful place to stay on our ski vacation. Great access to the mountain with the ski lift right out the door along with an excellent ski rental and store next to the lift. The conveniece of storing skis and boots at the end of the day in the ski lockers right next to the condo is an added feature.The Silver Star shuttle provides convenience to and from the town along with its stores and restaurants. But most extraordinary is reflective by the great care of the owners of our unit with detailed directions on everything imaginable including the use of all the condo's amenities, names and directions of local restaurants and much more. The unit was very comfortable and easy to use with a warm fireplace and jacuzzi just outside on the porch. The Hovey's have made a great vacation place and Silver Star is a wonderful place to be when visiting Park City.

I went to Sulver Star for five days after President's Day with my wife and three girls. It was, hands down, the best ski experience we've ever had. I've done many of the Colorado resorts, many of which have been great experiences, but Silver Star is an exceptional place with a wonderful, intimate staff that caters to your every need.

From the well appointed gourmet kitchen and spa like bathrooms to the spacious living and dining areas with a BEAUTIFUL view, your Silver Star home is spectacular. The beds are the most comfortable I've slept on, ever. The courtesy shuttle was prompt and extremely convenient. Can't beat the ski in/out location of your unit (best building in the complex). Our family had a fabulous time at the Silver Star in Park City. The condo is top notch, high end furnishings, linens, etc. Lisa was a great host, took care of everything. The location is great, ski lockers 100 feet from the lift, the Silver Star Cafe right across from the elevator. The Silver Star shuttle took us everywhere we needed to go as well, never waited more than 5 or 10 minutes for a quick ride back from restaurants, Deer Valley, etc. (this during Christmas week). I would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Park City.

This is honestly the nicest condo we have EVER stayed in! Everything is amazing and the highest quality. Lisa, the owner, was wonderful to work with and provided valuable information about the condo and the Park City Area. We thoroughly enjoyed the private hot tub on the deck at the end of each ski day! The Silver Star area is SO nice and relaxing. Anytime you need to get over to the main resort, the Silver Star shuttle will take you and will also pick you up and bring you back with a very short wait. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

Beautiful condo! Spacious living quarters, top notch Viking kitchen, excellent location close to town and steps from it's own chair lift. Ski in/ski out doesn't get any better than this! Hot tub on balcony overlooks beautiful golf course with mountains surrounding...local owner minutes from unit in case of problem, but we had nothing but great experience here! Icing on the cake- free Silver Star shuttle that will take you anywhere in town and pick you up when you're ready to go home. No need for rental car here- We will absolutely be back!

We stayed in your wonderful condo for four nights in early March 2010. I would say that it was nothing less than perfect. We had dinner out two nights and in two nights without any issues whatsoever. Each morning, my son would "take a soak" in the hot tub in order to get ready for a day on the slopes. The location is excellent...ski in/out and only a short drive to Main Street. Overall, an excellent time...I would highly recommend staying there anytime.

We stayed in this unit at Silver Star 1/13-17 and were extremely pleased with the accomodations (even better than the pictures), as well as the wonderful attention to detail that our hostess, Lisa, displayed. She covered everything to ensure a great trip and even went above and beyond by leaving the aerial competition information on our door one day while we were skiing- a very nice touch. The Silver Star complex is #1 as far as proximity to ski lifts, and the private shuttle is such a nice amenity. Many thanks Lisa for making our vacation a great one!

We spent a week in this beautiful luxury condo! The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking equipment with state-of-the-art kitchen appliances. The location is the best in all of Park City even if you don't ski PCMR! It is centrally located, on a bus line, and has a fantastic restaurant on the premises. The unit has beautiful linens and is immaculate!
